This product is great! It was easy to install and provides decent amount of ambiance when sitting on the porch. Love the environment it creates.

Nice length for the money! Loved the look once they were hung! Only downside is the bulbs are extremely fragile!! Broke a few the just hanging them up. My solution was a set of un breakable replacement bulbs

I’ve had these lights for a few years, and so this review is based not upon the “honeymoon phase,” which often accompanies newly purchased products, but rather upon long-term use. That said, let’s dive in:The Good:* They are aesthetically pleasing.* The light emitted by the strand as a whole is bright enough to light up any space without casting too harsh of a glow.* Replacement bulbs are relatively inexpensive (a box of 25 C7 globe replacement lights on Amazon is less than $13).The Bad:* These bulbs are EXTREMELY fragile. Think chicken-with-a-calcium-deficiency-eggshell fragile. If you breathe on them wrong, they are going to shatter. These would *not* be a practical choice for outdoor use (I sincerely doubt they’d hold up under the force of a stiff breeze or a heavy rain). We purchased these with the intention of putting them up outdoors, but it quickly became apparent that they would not be able to withstand any sort of weather. We ended up using them in our library.* The bulbs burn out very quickly, so ordering replacements is a must.* My set did not come with a remote.Pro Tip:* Hang the light string FIRST, and then add the bulbs…if you don’t, the bulbs are so fragile that they shatter if they happen to gently clink against the chord, each other, or the ground (even gentle contact with any of these surfaces will shatter them).To “sum up”:I cannot recommend this light string…not only are the bulbs too fragile to be employed in any practical setting, but they burn out so quickly. The quality control is also questionable, considering that the remote was missing.

Ordered the 50ft lights, it does come in one continuous string, the bulbs are perfect size not too small. They are dimmable. We did install a dimmer switch for these and they work great. They get plenty bright on brightest setting and dim down to a nice ambient atmosphere as well. They are glass bulbs not plastic. And they do not get hot at all. You can hold bulbs and feel no heat even after being on a while which is good if you plan on hanging on a gazebo or other structure with fabric. You can also remove bulb without the entire set going out which is great in the event if a blow out, your whole string won't go out. Glad I purchased

All the bulbs work! Can't wait to hang them! You do have to screw the bulbs in, but it took about 10 minutes. No big deal and I would rather screw them in than have them broken. Yhe empty box was filled with the bulbs. So, well done Amazon!!

I ordered these to light up my brick patio. Upon arrival I realized I had made a mistake by ordering the wrong item, they were not LED's and bulbs were not plastic. Oh well I guess I'll just deal with these instead of returning them. To my surprise after putting them up the amount of light that these emitted was perfect. I didn't even need to install a dimmer switch which I thought I'd probably have to do.

Love this product. Extremely easy to install (those who wrote negative reviews on build sensitivity didn’t install correctly) I’d recommend for this who aren’t sure hanging your hooks first, then hang the wire followed by carefully screwing in the builds. This way you’ll avoid any bulbs hitting against each other.Great as you can see in the photos in any condition. Pictures show +18 and -21.Had for a month now and no issues yet.So happy I ordered another 100’ the day after.My only negative is the 100’ is NOT interconnectable. I do believe the 50’ is though.

I was hesitant to order these after reading all the reviews about the bulbs easily breaking. I ended up purchasing these and installed the bulbs AFTER I strung up the lights and didn't have an issue with a single bulb breaking or not working. They've only been hanging for about a week but they look and work great...illuminate the entire deck in the backyard!I hung thin wire first and then stringed the lights to the wire as to ensure the wires don't stretch over time. The wire gives the 100' strand a lot more durability and will hopefully last for years.

Inexpensive set of patio lights. Especially for 50 ft long. We had them turned on on a timer over the holidays every evening and gave a nice warmth to our patio.However, I'm giving -2 stars because of the light bulbs. The light bulbs that comes with these are not that great. We had 8 burnt out within the first 4 months. Sure, I could probably buy a pack of 25 bulbs for $20 to replace them, but doesn't seem very economical at this rate.I will likely replace the burnt out ones with LED ones over time ($29 for a pack of 25 LED bulbs).I guess I get what I paid for. I recommend getting the string lights with LED light bulbs so they last longer., unless you're okay with burning the light bulbs quickly. I got these because I needed 50ft in white to help colour match in my patio.

I reported an issue with the string not working after replacing a fused bulb and their Customer Service was real quick (within an hour) in suggesting the issue resolution steps, which indeed resolved the issue within a minute. Their product quality and aftersales service are both praiseworthy and I highly recommend their products due to its high quality and the possible redundancy built-in. They guided me to try the spare fuse available in the compartment of the plug as per the attached picture.My purchase was in Nov 2021 and the issue was reported today.Norah, their Customer Service Representative stands out for providing this peace of mind experience and and an interaction worth customer retention.

I really wanted to like these, but I'm sorry to report that the quality really isn't there with these string lights. 1/3 of the bulbs didn't turn on at all, and almost half of them were obnoxiously bright - much brighter than the 5w dictation. Clearly the quality control wasn't there. The cord looks cheap and the bulb sockets are placed much too close together to look classy. I will be returning these.
