Nonexistent Customer Service after product faulty - avoid!
Very poor.I have had these for years so decided to buy a replacement, when my original set broke after years of wear.Sadly the new one broke within a few weeks. I contacted Cablz Customer Services but didn’t even get a response - poor!!Sadly I will be avoiding them from now on.I understand products can break and have issues, that’s normal, but if Customer Service is nonexistent, then that for me is the main reason to avoid. They have my money, I don’t have a functioning product - and I really like them!!
