Great little notebook with good touch screen, battery life and aesthetically pleasing.
Bought as a replacement for a Lenovo notebook that died after 2 weeks and Curry's/PC World refused to fix, replace or refund (tip; never buy instore from Curry's!) Has all the functionality I would need, decent sound system and picture quality although I am not a gamer or graphic designer. Perfect for using for work at home or on the go (comes with a neat little sleeve to stop it getting scratched). Only pitfalls are: Voice recognition (Cortana is useless anyway) Pre-programed to use Microsoft platform (Edge/Bing) - this is frustrating as a devout Google/Android user. No finger print scanner Not the lightest if you plan on carrying your laptop around with you all day. Otherwise a great little buy, although you may find cheaper versions out there if prepared to shop around.

Works great for our usage
So this mostly has been used as a desktop replacement that can occasionally be carried with. Since COVID, there haven't been many opportunities to take it anywhere, so it mostly is used with an external monitor. Having said all of that, it's been a great little laptop-- performance is good, memory is spacious, and when the screen is used it clear and bright. The screenpad hasn't gotten much of a workout, which may be a good thing as it seemed it didn't want to do what the instructions said it would do on a couple of occasions. Probably user error, but OTOH one would hope that you'd be able to sort out the ways to make it behave the way you want without much issue. But outside of that, it's been a good little performer.

Fantastic product cheaper than a Mac and has the same premium quality
Amazing product. No complaints. Computer is super fast at logging on with windows hello. It's sturdy and built well. Only minor complaint is that the outer case attracts a lot of fingerprints. Laptop comes with a carry case which is a nice touch. All in all amazing product.

Good Quality Item, Poor customer service
The quality of the build is top-notch, though due to an electrical fault in my device i had to send it back via ASUS's returns under warranty to a company who was only associated with ASUS (and spoiler they did not do their jobs), 3 days after the repair not only was the internal SSD fried once more, the computer wouldnt even open and left me with just a backlight screen... When these products go wrong dont count on ASUS to help, buy insurance, you'll need it.

Good laptop with some issues
Nice laptop with good specs, but let down by the constant need for wiping down. This laptop is very portable with a good battery life, storage, ram, graphics card etc. It's ideal if you are looking for something portable in a compact package. The main issues with this laptop, it is a fingerprint magnet, the hinge is in question in terms of durability (many compliments about broken hinge online), this could be an issue if you are a flimsy or careless user. Additionally, the speakers are not the best. In terms of battery life, expect 7 - 8 hours of moderate use, 20hrs is far fetched by Asus. The screen could do with a touch of brightness, but it's fine the way it is. Overall, this laptop is good laptop and I personally wouldn't pay more than £700 - £800 for it. At least that's what I've paid!

Very noisy
Lovely looking laptop and quiet enough - until I transferred my work onto it. The more I saved the noisier it got until it sounded like a small jet, constantly. When I took my work off again, it got quieter until the stop stopped when the hard drive storage was basically empty again. But, what's the point of that. I liked the look of the laptop so much that I tried three, but they were all the same unfortunately.
