has anyone resharpened these?

I am sure that you would do well if you decided sharpen them, they are high quality. The original sharpening is so good that they last longer and it's cheaper to buy new ones.

Will these fit a 15 inch Shop Fox planer model W1742?

I am quite certain that they will fit. double check the posted dims. I got mine for half the price of having my old blades sharpened.

they should fit as long as your grizzly units are 15" by 1/8" thick most planer blades are pretty universal
