I am a fan of Celtic Sea Salt from now on for the rest of my life.
I am a fan of Celtic Sea Salt from now on for the rest of my life. This bag that my husband picked out was even better than my last bag, because it is finely ground. A+ on finely ground texture. The courser stuff takes too long to run through my salt grinder, so I think I prefer the preground stuff. It seems to be nice and dry, so the moisture level and stickiness is low. Taste is excellent. As far as value for money... Celtic Sea salt is worth more than regular table salt because of the natural mineral content. According to Barbara Oneil, certain minerals essentially help open up your cells to let water in which helps to hydrate you. And when you have a background of a chronic illness like me, every little bit of healing helps.

Headache and migraines
I had a coworker that gets migraines tell me she used a pinch of this salt to help with them. I get migraines often. This salt has helped a lot. My daughter has been using it to help with her migraines. It’s a strong salt that relieves the migraines and headaches. It’s definitely worth the value of the salt.

11/10 More benefits than you think!
This is perfect for salt replacement of your usual table salt! M the taste is so much better, it’s a bit moist so you can’t put it in a shaker but the texture is like Himalayan salt and super easy to use from the bag! I would recommend getting a container to hold salt to sprinkle it! It has so many more benefits and is HUGE for making an electrolyte concentrate. I use 1 tablespoon in 8 oz of water and use 1 tablespoon in a 32oz drink with water packets so I’m hydrated during the summer!! 11/10!

Celtic Salt
This salt is amazing. I love that it's what is closest to the minerals already in our bodies. It's expensive but well worth it. It doesn't seem to take as much as regular salt. My husband is a big salt eater, but with Celtic Salt I don't worry so much about it!

Only this salt for us
Very good quality salt. We only use this type now. Very tasty and nice knowing I’m getting minerals that companies strip out these days to save a buck.

Good for intractable migraines and CSF leaks
My chiropractor recommended this to me when I started have intractable migraines to add a little into my water every day. Better than sports drinks. Then when my neurologist diagnosed me with a CSF leak, she recommended increasing my salt, so now I add 1/8 of a teaspoon to my Tervis water bottle every time I refill it. It does help and I really notice a difference between when I use it and when I don’t.
