Has done my product good for 2 years

I have used this product for years...at least the last three iPhones...and was always pleased. In fact, I always get top dollar for my used iPhones because when I take off the screen protector and the Apple case my phone is still perfect. When I got a new IPhone 11 Pro Max I ordered the Invisible Shield first thing. The installation went well, the snap on alignment tool is great. I used my phone for three days and the protector cracked after a light tap against my watch. Good news is it did its job, the crack is only in the screen protector and not in the phone screen. I could not believe it cracked after such a light tap. I never, ever had this happen before. I called Zagg and a replacement screen protector is on its way for $7.99 shipping. Their customer service was very good, very nice to talk to. He even “upsold” me on a new case and discounts on any future purchases...just good business practice. Again, I like this product I am surprised I only got 3 days before I needed a replacement.

This is a great product. The alignment piece does not fit exactly though.

Finger prints don’t show up as much as with my previous screen protector.

Had it on my phone for two careful weeks before carjacked when dropped about 2 feet on to a wood floor.

Doos product and easy to install

Doesn’t stick to the screen very well, edges lift and catch dust/lint. Took it off after a week. Maybe ok for some but not me.

I have had 2 ZAGG Invisible Shields now for my iPhone X.The first one was useless (Glass+ Contour 360) and within a couple of months so much dust got under the screen protector that FaceID stopped working. I then bought this in September (background info - every since iPhone 3G I have stayed with ZAGG InvisibleShield screen protectors - they have always been expensive but you used to get what you paid for and they ALWAYS protected all my phones over the years).Fitting this screen protector wasnt the best experience, but again because of being a ZAGG user for years, it was easier to fit than the old film InvisibleShields. To start with the protector did its job perfectly for around 2 months. From which point top left corner started to peel up (not good considering this is a glass protector!). For weeks I kept pushing the protector back down and it steadily got worse. To the point where now a good quarter of the screen has lifted up and will not stick back down. Being as its lifted I dont think it will take long for the protector to snap. Reliability has plummeted in my opinion ever since ZAGG moved away from the film type protectors. Yes, viability has slightly got better due to it being a glass protector but bring back the old film protectors ZAGG! I am now looking for an alternative protector that is just as goo das the old ZAGG film protectors

Nightmare to put on. Why didn’t they include a guide? By the time I had unstuck and restuck it trying to align it correctly, it was beginning to peel at the corners and looked very shabby. Were there two in the packet? I never found the second one. I would ask to take advantage of the lifetime guarantee, but I don’t think I can put myself through the trauma of trying to fit it again. I can see that properly fitted, it would be an excellent product as, in the portions that hadn’t got dust on from my attempts at refitting, it was crystal clear with no tint, so I’m giving it 3 stars despite my frustration. I’m glad I didn’t pay the full retail price as I might as well have thrown my money down the loo.

This is the 3rd one of these screen protectors that I am on, after 2 drops the screen protector has done it's job both times. The only gripe I have is that it bubbles in the corners after a short while of being applied, this has happened every time. This product doesn't come with a guide (which the previous two did come with) to help align properly, I have one saved by from my previous purchase however I can imagine it being tricky without that. It has rounded edges so feels and looks slick, it also has a better feel than some of the cheaper glass protectors. It's saved my phone twice so would recommend.

I think the product itself is great! I dropped it on many occasions and the phone screen was intact, with the help of a case. Unfortunately it took a big drop and cracked which wasn’t to my suprise, and I decided to get another one through their “lifetime guarantee”, which was a big part of why I bought this product in the first place. Turns out you have to register the purchase on their website, spent about half hour signing up and registering the product, only to be told that I have to pay 6£ for delivery, and there’s no cheaper option. In a nutshell they’ve said free delivery, but get the money through the excessive cost of delivery, which is infuriating, to the point where I am looking elsewhere for a new screen protector.Overall, product is good, was tedious to put on but did it’s job. It only broke because I was extremely clumsy. The “lifetime warranty” is a load of rubbish because you have to pay practically the same cost of buying the product through paying for delivery.

Really good screen protector and cannot fault the product!Unfortunately Zagg charge around £7 for warranty replacements which makes it useless given the product costs £8. If possible, I'd recommend contacting Amazon for warranty issues as they dont charge for returns.
