That's correct, current standard factory units will only adjust for altitude up to max 7200ft see link https://www.butlertechnik.com/downloads/Webasto_Air_Top_EVO_Thermo_Top_EVO_-_Altitude_operating_ranges.pdf It is possible for special order only eg military application etc to build for higher altitude operation. For single unit purchasers the 'special build' solution may be somewhat delayed and potentially cost-prohibitive. cost prohibitive
