These have alleviated my plantar fasciitis pain! I wear around the house and get great support which feels like foot massages, therapy and stretches as I walk. The fit is so comfortable and I wear both ways -- narrow side towards toes and vice versa. So easy to slip over your feet. These have been a game-changer in my self-care foot regime. Now trying to find a similar product I can wear in my shoes out in public without the silicone showing on top....female here...think dancing shoes. :-)

Trying this arch support t on one foot that has a fallen arch. Using it in conjunction with sandals that have arch support. In footbed. Trying to find just the right place to put it. I shift it around to find the sweet spot. Sometimes it works for a short time, but looking for all day relief. Will keep trying.

Good support

I wear a size 9 or 9.5 in a women’s shoe size. As such, I ordered large/x-large, as the sizing scale suggests I do. These are for flat feet. My feet are so flat now that they are like fish. These are made to stretch over Fred Flintstone feet. Sliding socks over them is hard because there is so much material not filled out that the socks push them up and they get bunched up. I am ordering a small/medium to see if that works better. Reconsider sizing if your feet are especially flat and narrow. With a better fit, I think these would work.

These work very well to help my hell pain when walking. Make sure to wear them correctly in the arch of the foot. The price is great. They fit nicely with my sandals. Looks like part of the shoe.

I like the design and the material being silicone. I have had problems with the cloth ones pinching or putting too much pressure on the sides of my toes. The downside is the actual support for the arch isn’t high enough for my feet to get the support I need. I work on my feet all day in the medical field and wear quality and sturdy shoes they just don’t provide enough support to relieve my pain of planners fasciitis.

I wish I could say that they work well but it's hard to tell since they are a bit too big for my feet that are a Women's size 5. When wearing them the normal way they gap too much at the top, constantly getting caught on my sandals and sliding off, but wearing them backwards makes the support dig into my heels and a bit into the balls of my feet.I think some manufacturers forget that women's sizing goes down to a size 4!Since most products smallest sizes are made for what they consider the smallest, is women's size 6.5 which makes it extremely difficult for small women like me to find the comfort we need and deserve.I have very high arches and I want to be able to wear my favorite sandals without my arches cramping due to lack of support.
