I saw an MD recommend borage oil supplement for women in menopause so bought it. I realized after just a few days of use that I was not as anxious as usual, much less procrastinating, and I squatted down on the floor to do a project that I was putting off because I have gotten lazy, procrastinate, and things ache. I take a zillion supplements but this is the only new one. Coincidence? I sure hope not!

I can’t say I’ve tested this product for purity or that is has noticeable effects. Based on its label claims, I like that it has minimal ingredients and no harmful fillers (microcrystallines, magnesium stearate…)

I primarily used this product to reduce and prevent eczema flare ups and it’s been highly effective in combination with Cod Liver Oil and Primrose oil. I have been consistent in taking all three supplements for the past 2 months, and it has worked a miracle and has helped me avoid using topical steroids to control my eczema. Will continue to purchase and use this product.

I’m taking this for skin health. It seems to help balance sebum production.

I take 3 at bedtime after having a few too many. I feel close to normal the next day. The only downside is over drinking.
