DOES NOT WORK
DON'T BUY! FROM THE FIRST DAY THE LOCK WOULD LOCK SOMETIMES AND SOMETIMES IT WOULDN'T AFTER A 2 WEEKS IT WOULDN'T LOCK AT ALL. WE BOUGHT THE SAME SAFE FROM ANOTHER PLACE THINKING IT WAS JUST AN ISOLATED PROBLEM AND NOW IT'S DOING THE SAME THING. WE CALLED MESA AND THEY HAD US GET A SCREW DRIVER OUT AND OPEN THE PLATE ON THE INSIDE. THEY WEREN'T ANY HELP SO WE TRIED TO RETURN TO AMAZON AND WE GOT CHARGED A 20 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE BECAUSE WE HAD GONE OVER 30 DAYS.

Terrible Technical Support - Purchase a different safe
The lock on the safe has started being intermittent. Sometimes it will unlock, sometimes it just clicks and nothing happens. We cleaned the ribbon cable per their instructions, put in a new battery and the lock is still intermittent. It took numerous calls and emails just to get a response back from the "Technical Support" people. That only happened after sending an email to their Sales People asking for help. During the last call I was told they would send me instructions on how to order the replacement lock. All I received was a "Blank" email only containing the persons name and Reference Number. That was two days ago and now I am back to calling and leaving messages for their "Technical Support" people.
