Excellent product & excellent service & early delivery

I love this product, it's helps me so much with my gut health and healing! It is my go to for sure. It did arrive warm. I can see they tried to keep it cold with an ice pack (also warm) and a special shipping bag. I contacted the manufacturer about the issue. From my understanding the product needs to stay cold or it looses potency. They were very prompt about replying to me. I don't plan on returning it. After talking with them I'm confident that it will work great. Here was what they said."Hello, Thank you for your purchase. Designs for Health Glutathione can be exposed to high temperatures for short periods of time (5-7 days) with no damage to the product. Heat sensitive products are stored in the freezer prior to shipment, and are shipped with an ice pack. We include ice packs to keep the product cool in transit, but thawing during transit will occur. A few years ago, my digestive biome was so messed up that my doctor said the only way to restore health and comfort was to do a complete gut bacteria kill off and a fecal transplant. I was not excited about that prospect! I asked about probiotics and he said that he'd never seen a case as bad as mine resolved through probiotics. My Chiropractor/Nutritionist (great combination by the way!) told me to try Probiophage DF first. In a few weeks I was healthy again and my doctor asked me for the info on the product so he could recommend it to other patients facing similar ugly choices. Back then, DF was only available through health providers and when my Chiro unfortunately passed away, I was left without a source. Recently, some of those old symptoms began to return. I was so grateful to see DF is now available on line! Just ordered, and looking forward to a healthy gut again!

I have ordered this twice, its wrapped in ice packs, but its not remotely cold by the time it gets here. Makes me wonder if it was even cold when it was shipped. Product still works great

Just got these so not sure yet how they work. I'll update soon. However, i do want to say, they arrived in the cool pack and it was cool temperature.

I had gastric bypass surgery 7 years ago which requires that I take a probiotic. And it needs to be much stronger than something you can buy off of the shelf at the grocery store. I've taking a name brand which has recently been discontinued due to a law suit. My gastrologist recommend this probiotic and it has really helped. I didn't realize how much a probiotic worked until I ran out of the my original brand and needed time to find a replacement. I will definitely reorder from this company.

My doctor recommended a 3 month course of Probiophage DF as part of her protocol to restore my gut biome. Seems to be effective.
