Great looking product
Great looking product. Kind of a pain to assemble. I am very handy person, and it still took a good 6-7 hours. I was most annoyed with the really cheap screws provided. For no good reason whatsoever, they used "allen" wrench type screws, which stripped the screw rather easily, especially when the screw and holes did not align (which was too often). Did they provide extra screws? No. So I just had to selectively forego certain screws. A much smarter, easier and even cheaper way to go, would be for them to use the HEXAGON head screws, especially since they are not visible anyhow. Not sure they thought that one through. The cushions have a nice form and when they got slightly dirty they seem to clean up nicely from the waterproofing treatment. The cushions for the back are not secured to anything, so expect they to slide around with use. Overall, nice for the money. I paid $1,050 with shipping over Black Friday.

Good value for the money
An update after 2 years - the furniture that was in direct sunlight for 2 years is falling apart - the "wicker" is PVC or similar, and it embrittles after prolonged sun exposure, so be aware of that. The pieces in shade are still fine. This is in harsh SoCal sun, for what that's worth. Cushions are still fine, though difficult to keep clean. Now for the original review:I can't comment on the other reviews, as I got the boxes I got and they got theirs, but my experiences do not match up with what others report. Here are my thoughts on the set/responses to some other reviews:1) All items were there, and no broken glass.2) I'm 6' tall and the furniture fits me fine. It is a low, modern set as another reviewer mentions. If you were to use this set without the cushions, it would be too low, but the cushions add about 5" of height to the furniture, and are actually a pretty dense foam and comfortable.3) I was leery of the red pillows after reading Amy Lee Larson's review saying they were not colorfast and ran in the rain. I took those cushion covers off and washed them once before putting the on the couch. I washed them by themselves, but before drying them I checked and they did not seem to be bleeding at all. I wiped them while wet with a white paper towel, which showed no color bleed. They did not shed much, if any, color in the wash, so they seem to be fine.4) This set does take a LOT of assembly. It's something like 16(?) fasteners per sofa section. I used a cordless drill to zip everything together. It goes pretty fast after you figure things out by assembling the first piece.5) The fastening hardware IS cheap - it's almost all hex bolts and the heads of them will strip at less than 20ft/lbs of torque. This isn't helped by the fact that the bolts are often a offset so you can't get a direct drive angle on them with a drill, at least. It's probably not a major issue if you don't plan on disassembling them again.6) The frames are aluminum, and the "rattan" is a flexible plastic weave. This type of furniture is very common in California these days, and seems to be pretty durable. I know several restaurants that use this in their patios, and it seems to hold up. The welds on this set seem pretty good, and the furniture are solid, yet light, when constructed. I have no concerns about the frames longevity. The biggest question nmark is how long the plastic rattan will last with prolonged sun exposure (note that if it's PVC - and we don't know if it is, PVC does embrittle with exposure to UV light over time. In an attempt to help them last, I used a patio furniture spray on them that purports to "scotch guard" the cushions and also provides UV protection. I got it at Home Depot. Time will tell if it does the job. That's about it. Is it the highest quality stuff you can buy? No way. But for the price, and the size of the set, it seems a good value. Most pleasant surprise - the cushions are thicker and better than I anticipated. Least pleasant - the "feet" on the bottom of each piece are silver-painted plastic, where I was hoping they were actually aluminum. To be honest, the cushions are more important, so I'm content with the set.

Buyer beware! These pieces start to disintegrate within the first season!
We got this set for a poolside seating area. It looks very nice initially, although it was difficult to put together. Holes don’t lineup and screws are crooked. We live in Maryland, so we packed this away for winter in October. So this set only stayed out for two months the first year.We keep our outdoor furniture outside from May through October. It is protected for the other six months of the year indoors. In the second season, the entire top of the coffee table under the glass had disintegrated. All of the brown plastic pieces had broken off and fallen underneath the table. I trimmed the rest of the pieces around the perimeter of the table and was able to still use it with the glass top although it looked rather silly.By the third season, mind you, these pieces had only been outside for eight months at this point, the tops of the couches had started to fade and then a couple of them had started to disintegrate as the coffee table head. The brown plastic pieces are not sun resistant by any means. It looks very shabby and there is no way to repair, since it is a basket weave pattern and the pieces are plastic and not replaceable.I reached out to this company and of course no one could help me because it was out of warranty. So I’m stuck now with either having to buy a whole new set from somewhere else or dealing with a shabby looking piece it was supposed to be top of the line. Buyer beware!

GREAT furniture, not just for the price, well built!
Hello first, go out to your local home furnishing store and see what you'll get for two or three thousand dollars. Seeing that will make you appreciate this set even more when you get it. Although these folks give 'assembly required' a whole new meaning, when your done it's solid, sturdy and looks beautiful. It actually looks like a $5000.00 set. But, again, if your not OK with spending a few hours putting this together buy elsewhere. I spent about 5 hours putting the 9 piece plus two additional lounge chairs together. I was impressed every step of the way. The quality is great and I didn't have the same problems, I've read in other reviews, where holes didn't line up. The one instance where holes didn't line up I loosened another piece to make them line up, and they did. Lastly, my fiance and I were going to scotch guard the cushions but before we had a chance to, someone knocked over a whole glass of red wine onto one of the lounge cushions. To our surprise a couple paper towels and it wiped completely off, not a trace left so they must treat them at the factory, a pleasant surprise. My gal has made our back yard beautiful with colorful accent pillows, plants and chotchkies. This is a great set and we would recommend it to anyone!
