What does this taste like?

it does not have a taste - it easily dissolves in 1/4 cup water. i swish it around in a 1/4 cup water, and drink it down on an empty stomach in the morning, then eat breakfast 30 minutes afterwards. somewhere i thought i read that it should be taken on an empty stomach, so that is what i do. again, no taste, and quickly dissolves in water (or juice or milk or smoothie)

Has anyone healed their gut using this product? If so how long did it take?

I take this along with GI sustain rice-based protein powder and yes, it healed me. Three years ago I lost 25 pounds due to a medical condition which led to "leaky gut syndrome" I was down to 85 pounds! It took more than a year to gain back most of the weight. This time I lost 10 pounds but recognized what was going on and re-started both. Been on it 2 weeks now and have gained a pound. It certainly works for me, and I was very skeptical at first.
