This works very well. The only problem that I've had is when the attached luggage falls around the sides then it gives a bad drag feeling.

If you pay attention you'll see that almost every air crew is using travelpro bags, and all of those bags have one of these hooks. I started to have to travel for work every week and I purchased a travelpro bag not knowing how amazing it was to put my laptop bag on that hook when I'm walking around the airport. It does a great job of moving the center of gravity of your bag away from the handle, which makes walking around feel better. Eventually I moved to a pelican air case and IMMEDIATELY realized that I missed having that hook to hang my laptop bag off of. After some digging I found this product, and it is exactly what I was missing.If you want some relief while dragging your suitcase around the airport get this hook, just do it. It's totally worth it, you won't feel that extra weight of your laptop or backpack while your running around the terminal.The only complain I have is that I wish the strap was a little bit longer. But I fixed that by getting one of those cheap strap and buckle kits and making my own. For 99% of people this won't be an issue and I'm not knocking any stars off because I'm using it in a weird way.

An excellent valued addition to your luggage. The durability is great, along with the adjustable strap for any length. The ability to off-load one item to your roller on a long walk through the airport can be easily appreciated.

I bought this product because the hook on my suitcase had broken off. It's a quality product, but the strap is too long for my suitcase. I had to wrap it around the handle several times. When you adjust the strap it slides back to the longest length. It was good in a pinch

This is a Travel companion to hook up an extra bag to your main piece of luggage. The J hook is deep enough to accommodate the handle of the extra bag that I want to tow. The problem with this particular item is that you connect the overall piece to the main top handle of the larger piece of luggage, but as you're pulling your luggage along, it slides from left to right that means the weight of whatever is in that extra piece that you're towing Will slide from left to right and it could even twist and turn. It's something about the weight of what you have in your extra bag that causes it to manipulate and no matter how high you pull it to the top of the large piece or how low you are allowing the extra slack in towing it towards the bottom of the larger piece of luggage. It will flip it will twist......It's all over the place. I found myself sometimes having to stop and readjust the extra smaller piece of luggage. I don't lose it but it's just the weight shifts and it's inconvenient. It looks like a good idea, but that particular item really needs to be welded onto your main piece of of luggage not conveniently strapped around a handle.I'm gonna be real. I hate it. I really hate it. I think it was like $14 I guess this is what you get for what you pay for it's a little on the cheap side and it acts cheap. It doesn't wanna stay still. I hate that I hate having to stop to readjust that smaller bag that I'm towing that's annoying really really really annoying It's something about the weight of whatever is in that smaller bag that you're trying to tow along it just I don't like how it slips and slides from left to right and then it will twist and then the next thing you know that extra bag is not sitting perfectly like in that photo it is on the left side of my bag or the right side of my bag which shifts all over the weight. The Velcro stays put no problem about the Velcro piece and J hook but it's just I wish it would be more like I don't know if you're familiar with Travel pro travel pro has the same exact kind of idea with a J hook, but it's mounted already on the piece of luggage so your items are not twisted and turning and flipping and flopping from left to right so that's why I gave it a ONE star I'm just being nice. I don't know Travel pro they know what they're doing but this company is not travel pro.
