I have always wanted a robot vacuum but didn’t want to pay the price tag of the more expensive models available at local stores. This vacuum was the best decision I have ever made. I have a 20-year-old parrot and we recently moved to a new house with hardwood floors. Keeping up with the huge mess she likes to leave us was becoming difficult. Also, everyone who has hardwood floors knows that keeping them looking clean takes a lot of constant sweeping. This vacuum has been a game changer. I have it set to vacuum every other day throughout the week and have been more than satisfied with its ability to keep the floors looking clean and keeping the area around my bird, clean. After the first use, I was surprised how much dust/dirt/debris it picked up. It had no issues getting stuck and no issues picking up some larger items. It did get stuck in our laundry room as it couldn’t find its way out, but I just keep the door closed on days that it cleans so it doesn’t go in there. Be sure to pick up cords and anything else it could suck up and you will be happy of your purchase. I think I will buy another one for upstairs! This is definitely the best purchase I have ever made for my new house!

This little vacuum helped me with the daily chore of keeping pet hair off the floor. When I first got it, I would run it twice a day. Then I forgot about it for a couple of days and I definitely noticed a difference not having this vacuum help. Perfect starter robot vacuum if you want to have the help around the house but don’t want to pay $300-500 to see if you’ll like it. Even on high, the noise level is super quiet-Very similar to the sound of a hairdryer on a really Low setting. You can totally watch tv and have it run. It will bump into your furniture, but I find that kinda endearing :) There are a couple things that would make it perfect.... the suction power is good on bare laminate and tile floors, but I did notice that there were some spots on the rugs where the vacuum missed the pet hair. Also, you’re going to have to clean this vacuum out every other time you use it. Dust and hair can get wrapped around the roller brush and cause your vacuum to stop in it’s tracks. Luckily this is super easy to do by flipping it over and removing the brush (it has two little clips on a cover, then the roller brush slides right out to clean). I don’t really use the tool because I found it’s easier for me to just get in there with my fingers and pull it all out. I got it to pair with Alexa and mainly use the “smart” auto clean feature... it does it’s thing and returns back to base, although sometimes it takes a roundabout way to get there. For those with carpets that want to use this vacuum-it may not be for you. I have a couple of area rugs that are extremely low pile/thin fabric. I actually had to relocate a rug with longer strands because the vacuum kept getting stuck on it. This thing is simply not going to work work if you have rugs that are very thick.... all in all I’m super happy With the purchase and at this price, it’s very competitive with some of those bigger name brands if you don’t mind some of the flaws- however this vacuum is not going to replace your weekly deep clean with a stand vacuum by any means, more so just for maintenance during the in between when you’d want to clean up the floors like on a weeknight.

this is my first experience in robocalls vacuum cleaning market but I definitely like and enjoying it. first I was little bit skeptical about the company and the price (too low) and was looking in to premium models brands such as Samsung and iRobot but the price tag there was 500+. I decided to start with the smaller company and a price tag below 200. I am impressed with this robot. few points after 10 days test - and everyday cleaning. 1. I programmed auto cleaning early in the morning and in the evening. 2. Battery holds very good. robot cleans my entire 1st floor pithing 45-60 mintutes 3. its quite, you can watch movie it will be cleaning you will be fine. 4. application has good design - easy to control, program, choose the destinations and manually control the robot. 5. I don see any need to have a remote (included, extra expense for company) 6. easy to clean the dust container 7. it vacuums good. we have a housekeeper, she comes every week and cleans the house. but after a dinner or two there are crumbs on the kitchen and this guy come ins very heady. 8. Design and quality looks very good. overall I am happy with a purchase, and looking to add 2nd robot for second floor, while these guys don't have a feature to climb the stairs - like Boston Dynamics. =).

This vacuum does everything for such a great price! Where do I begin the suction is amazing! The amount of dirt, crumbs and hair is shocking! Very easy to clean! I set it out at night and clean in the morning! It’s very quite sounds like a small fan you hardly notice it. The little bin holds a lot! It has tons of different settings, the edge setting is awesome. It sticks to the edge and if it gets lost it circles back finds the edge and keeps going. I haven’t found it really gets stuck too much it depends on your house and what you have for furniture. For the best performance, I find you do have to have everything picked up and minimal or very thin rugs. It also doesn’t love uneven transitional floor it has a hard time getting back up. At first I had a hard time sending it back to its dock but Once I moved the dock around a bit (as someone suggested) it finally sent itself home!!! If you are really looking into a robot vacuum I highly recommend this one! Makes your life so much easier!

Works ok, gets stuck everywhere. Sometimes it runs around in a circle for no reason at all for like half an hour until I turn it off.

Update: customer service was great. They immediately sent another and to date a year later it is still working great. Update: I had purchased one for myself and one for my mother in law. It seems I may have received a defective one as my mother in laws works much better than the one I have. Emailing customer service, will update on standard of service. Unit does not get onto any of my low pile carpets or door trim. Need to constantly move it into the room.

I bought this to help me clean when I broke my ankle. I have a large shedding dog and cat and the vacuum worked awesome. I have used it everyday for 4 months and it still works great. only down fall is the battery life could be a bit longer. I usually get about a 90 min of cleaning and it docks it self. I run it in the morning and evening.

Their vacuums break after the warranty - then they do nothing for you. If you buy from Lefant - you'll need to expect that. The following is the final message I sent to their curiously called 'customer service, which is anything but... "And no suprise that even after supplying you with all the requested information - you have given me nothing, but a broken vacuum and money taken from my pocket. Your company know that it's vacuums are likely to last not too much longer than the warranty before breaking - it's cynical. You had promised me a full refund or a new replacement vacuum - yet you have done neither. I'll be sure to leave as many bad reviews online (Amazon, YouTube, ect) as I possibly can - to try and dissuade others from the unfortunate buying of any of your products. Did I mention that the customer service stinks too?"
