Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Volume 11: Attack On Technodrome (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Ongoing Tp)

This TMNT volume continues the ongoing series with Tom Waltz and Kevin Eastman on writing duties, with art by Cory Smith and Rhonda Pattison. If you haven't read the previous books of this ongoing series and the side stories, I strongly recommended you do so to help bring you up to speed. There are so many elements to this plot that have been coming together from previous volumes that things might be confusing if you're just now jumping on. That being said, I'm sure this will still hit you like a sledge hammer. Plenty of suspense as elements come together and fall apart, and it all comes together with such emotion in the end. I unfortunately had part of this spoiled for me, knowing some of the finale, but even with that, this was a solid five star Turtle book. If you've been following the series, things have been taken up a notch, a new gear has been reached. This is one of the best volumes in the series so far.

What IDW has done with TMNT is great. The stories, the characters & the art are all great. I never read the original comic book, I started with the first cartoons. So for those who are really faithful to the original comic book I wouldn't know how it measures up for them, but for fans who've seen all the other incarnations, this is a great one.

I arrived yesterday, but i pick up today June 8, 2015. It took two months to get it, but it was worth the wait. It was very well illustrated. I while was reading, I could not imagine that the story in this volume would have such a dramatic twist; I was shocked. Anxiously, waiting for the next one.

Oh man, great story and such a sad ending. I'm hoping they find a way to save him. Very interested to see what follows and get back into these comics!

Amazing series!!

Many long standing story threads come together in this fast-paced arc, as the Turtles, Shredder and his Foot Clan attack Burnow Island in an attempt to destroy Krang and his Technodrome. Allegiances are tested and bargains struck that compromise all sides in this fantastic story that draws from everything that has come before, including elements from the hero and villain micro-series', the Utrom Empire, the TMNT/Ghostbusters crossover and more.In the meantime, Hob continues his plans for a mutant army with Splinter caught in the middle, while Karai's loyalties and ambitions are examined and tested.Also featuring the always awesome Beebop and Rocksteady, who you may never see the same way again...A wonderful series with a strong sense depth for action, character and plot that changes the Turtles' world in many unexpected ways.

Dramaturgie und Erzählweise dieser Episode in der alle Plots in einer epischen Auseinandersetzung kulminieren sind einfach überragend. Das sind die Turtles! Einfach nur großartig in allen Aspekten.
