Coppola Bolognese Sauce (Tomatoes + Meat + Vegetables), No Sugar added 350g (Pack of 6)

Been buying this sauce for a few times now and always happy with the quality. It is great for mid week lunch or dinner because it saves a lot of time to prepare a meal and tastes just like its been made from scratch. Whole family enjoys it, small and big. Would highly recommend it for stocking up the pantry cupboard.

Definitely does not taste like the real one, but for a bottled sauce it’s very good, quick to use very convenient if. You want to make a fast meal I enjoyed it

There are plenty of tomato based sauces to choose from these days. We found this 'Coppola' Bolgnese Sauce to be a good standard option. It's not bursting with obvious extra flavours, but does have a good depth to its flavour. It also contains nice natural ingredients along with being Certified Gluten Free and having no added sugar.See photo for the ingredients list in English. You will note that this sauce also includes 6% pork meat and 6% beef meat.Another tomato based sauce we have in at present (less than £1.00) contains 'Sugar, acidity regulator, lactic acid and flavourings' in its ingredients, so by comparison the 'Coppola' version is definitely better in the sense that it is more natural.Averaging at approx £2.50 each these are probably a bit higher than expected in price but they do contain natural ingredients and some meat in the sauce too.Hope this is helpful.

this lacks all the punch and bite a puttanesca should have. its a basic tomato sauce, weak in flavour, good enough for a base for say spag bol but punnaseca???? No.

More authentically Italian for flavour and quality than any supermarket sauce available in UK

...yet it tastes great. It tastes like a jar off Italian tomato sauce but apparently it is tomato with mushrooms. It tastes great to me. 5.7g sugar per 100ml ( Note: the jar is 350ml.)

Excellent quality contents. I bought multiple jars to send to my son at university so that he could make himself quick and nutritious meals. Would highly recommend.
