Cost effective
Lost one of these ear pieces on my wireless headphones. So glad to have phone replacements rather than having to buy new headphones. Saved me some money!

Not original JBL, Not original fit
I really wanted a true JBL replacement set and am disappointed. The original JBL earbud rubbers are in 2 pieces (one piece is the small round inner rubber piece, and then there are 3 different outer ear pieces that fit over the middle round piece). This set is NOT like JBLs. They are all one piece and are NOT the same sizes as the JBLs. I have the tiniest ears and the smallest JBLs were perfect. The smallest of these not only do not fit my ears but they are not as soft or flexible and therefore NOT comfortable. They aren't worth enough to return and I really needed some in the meantime before I find the original JBL replacements. If you have bigger or normal sized ears, these may work for you. They did not work for me.

Not ideal
They work for what they are, but they do not have the little indentation that the original ones had that made them fit in the ear better. Even the small ones are bulky in my ears and are not comfortable, but they may work for you if your ears are not picky.

Fits the appropriate headset
My only real complaint is that the piece that goes into the ear is a little shallow so it leaks a lot of outside noise in. Others have mentioned that there's a notch in the actual headset to secure the original ear pieces into place which these replacement lacks. But if you have the Synchros and just need some replacements, they work(ish) and are relatively cheap. Please do not confuse these for another JBL headset and poorly review it when using the wrong replacement tips for a different headset.

Cheap and uncomfortable
Cheap and larger then the originals. The smalls were to big for my ears and they were hard to get to fit on the headphones themselves. Will probably just end up paying to buy new headphones over using these.

Do not work well with Reflect BT
These eartips barely fit on my JBL Reflect Mini BT headset. Although they fit, sound quality was reduced by about 50%. Do not recommend these as a replacement eartips for the JBL Reflect Mini.
