The instructions could be better and marks on the parts would be great.

I am use for employee luck.

Our company purchased 5 of these lockers for our employees to keep their belongings in.Although our maintenance man had trouble putting them together; all and all it works great.We did have an issue with the product... however, a nice Sales Director: Sophie Chao helped resolve the issue.Issue we had: there were 4 duplicates of the same lock numbers.I emailed the seller's customer service we would like replacements; I got a reply within minutes saying they will arrange and send out the replacements.Although it took them a little while to send us replacements because of the fact they had to check they were not sending any duplicates and since they are far away, we were able to receive them.We had to go back for extra instructions on how to replace the locks; we were sent instructions with pictures and a movie; which helped us greatly in successfully replacing the locks.

The instructions were not clear and made assembly difficult. A vertical divider was missing.

Instructions were horrible so that goodness we found a video on the internet. After spending 2 hours getting it together the top, last piece, would not snap flush on the locker. It was a good 1-2 inches high off the back two corners. Any adjustment to the back panels would cause the lockable items to not fit. So angry that I spent 2 hours on this project and then had to pull apart, repack and ship back. Very unsatisfied with this product. I should be reimbursed a “labor charge” on top of the refund price. Also arrived dented on many pieces

Assembly is a pain and even if you find the youtube videos (and you will need them) the unit I received didn't actually fit together. The top piece would not fit on top because there was a welded piece of metal where it should have gone. It works for what I needed but the frustration of trying to figure it out before I just quit and let it sit loosely on top (which means I can't have the dividers on the top shelf) wasn't worth any price. There is NO customer service at all

It took my maintenance man several hours to assemble and he had to take apart and reassemble 3 times trying to get parts to fit. Instructions were not clear and the pieces did not fit easily. Even after a third attempt, not all pieces fit together flush. Some metal parts were too long and because of this I think the quality is poor. Would not order again.
