This worked great to pick up dust and particles when preparing the surface of a guitar body.

Some people said these were not sticky enough. I disagree... I thought it was just enough. If you have too much, it sticks to your car and messes up the paint.

I love this product, really helps for getting dust and debris off things I’m re painting, nice and tacky but not too oily that it leaves a bunch of residue. I am going to keep buying these.

A tack cloth is essentially cheese cloth which has wax on it so to be able to remove dust and whatnot on objects before you paint (or whatever). This fits the bill.

What can I say - a tack cloth is a tack cloth. The only important difference I can detect is the price. It performs well for me and I highly recommend these cloths especially for the economically conscience.

We did a bit of chalk painting and had to sand some of the furniture. These were wonderful for removing the sanding dust before painting or sealing.
