Great taste, dissolves easily, complex sugar
I have tried many drinks for Cycling and Running, but several have too much sugar and don't dissolve well.Recently was using Accelerade, but had to constantly shake as over time you can see it on the bottom. This drink has been excellent and especially like the complex carb combination and very low sugar.Would buy again.

buy it
I love this product so much I even got my brother in law buying too. Gives me the extra electrolytes that I need on long cycling rides.

Good energy without the jitters
I use it when cycling, and it’s been great for me.Going on 5 years now since started drinking it (tropical flavor, no longer available), I put 2 scoops in my 500ml bottle for rides over 50 miles , or just 1 scoop if my ride would be a shorter distance.Dissolves very quickly when shaken well even in cold water. No complaints

Great tasting cycle fuel
Have used this a couple times per the recommended dosage and can say that the Raspberry flavor tastes great; just the right strength of flavor and not too sweet. I've only used it on some 1.5hr rides so can't really comment on the electrolyte effectiveness, but gets a thumbs-up so far.

Surprised by the aspartame content
With all the different sugars in this product, I was shocked by the addition of such a controversial ingredient as aspartame. Why would you need to make it even sweeter by adding an unpopular chemical? My bad for not doing a deep-dive into the ingredient list. I was kind of going by the good rep SIS has. I have no comment yet on how well it works overall, just shocked by the ingredient. For some reason I thought aspartame was banned in the EU and UK where SIS is made. Did some quick research and UK researchers have been pushing for the ban for a long time but it never happens. I find articles like "European regulators approved aspartame despite accepting 21 studies that indicated it could have an adverse effect on consumers." and "...adverse effects at modest dose levels." which didn't make me feel better. (do your own research obviously) Unfortunately, the container doesn't say how much aspartame is in each serving. If you are using this product, you are probably a serious athlete and try to keep track of chemicals. Just wanted to bring this to light. Everyone has a different opinion about Aspartame so an unknown amount of the chemical may be fine for you. I will probably be returning it.

My favorite flavor of sis electrolytes
This flavor seems to be best for me year round. Good cold and room temperature and not horribly bad when it’s warm. A 24oz bottle of this has about 225 cal at nominal strength and that seems to sit ok on my stomach with other bars an gels to gel me to 300 cal per hour or so
