Q: Is the fishing line 4 lb test, if not please tell me

I have one and I'm pretty sure it's 20lb test. Judging from examining it right now by feel and appearance. And the labeling/tag that was in the packaging if memory serves accurately. Diameter vs lb. is confusing as a certain brand braid is notable for having break limit 3 times of that quoted. 10lb is really 30lb and again memory I have one with 30lb really.50lb..and absolute 0 strech. Kevlar line. Tough stuff. I would expect the line wouldn't be good for trout but great for bass pike and catfish. Wish I were allowed to mention the brand it's my favorite but I think it's against Amazon rules. Catch em all!!

I can't know that only the seller knows. But if I were in your position I would send another request. Must include a short video of the issue to give the seller the opportunity to confirm it. If you didn't do this then you may not get a reply or it may be delayed as they find and examine others from the lot they shipped you. Pic worth a thousand words???

Q: Is this reel right and left handed
