Not tall enough in the back for good support and too short on sides if you have any fat.The back is a little short but not a big deal. the sides are not tall and the right side kept rolling down and poking me in the side. I assume its because Ive got some love a handles but it wasn't comfortable or supportive. I returned it for this reason.I have one that is RX and tall and firm that I love and cost a grip but is more supportive. But it is large ad has its own carrying case. I was looking for something to keep at work on days that I forget to grab my case.Im going to keep looking

seems to be good quality. nice and tight, these are so much better than the old ones with the shoulder straps.For us guys, watch the size you get, it says waist size but you wear it on your big belly, (mine anyway) if you are not a fatty you can go by waist size, just get a little bigger one if you have that sexy dad bod.

I am a thin 6' man with arthritis. I used this for shovelling and lifting. It works well but I cannot wear long due to pinching when bending over. Not sure if this was meant for high activity or just walking.So depending on your need is likely whether you would be satisfied.I bought the 28-39 and have a 31" waist. This size feels big to me.
