This will be my second review of this product. My first reaction was that it really helped with my hemorrhoids after about 2 weeks the discomfort was gone. But I have to mention that it may also necessary to stop taking antacids. In my case the antacids work nicely to control indigestion and burning in esophagus and stomach. But taken regularly the antacids produce the opposite effect in the bowel, with burning during bowel movements which, after a short time results in the hemorrhoids flaring up. Managing these 2 factors, Hemclear and limiting antacids, have kept me free of any anal discomfort, and I do not have to take the Hemclear everyday. And when I do, only a single 2 pill dosage daily works fine for me. But, and this is huge for me and my wife, the increase in blood circulation is astounding when taking the Hemclear. My wife has poor leg circulation resulting in tingling and pain in the toes, and mine is in my hands. Taking a 2 pill dose once or twice a day restores our circulation to normal or near enough normal that the symptoms are gone. Anyone with PAD (peripheral artery disease) can benefit noticeably from this wonderful supplement, and without prescription drugs which have dangerous side effects. It looks like we will be keeping this stocked on our shelves at home for the rest of our lives for both the benefits I have mentioned. Anything to keep me out of the doctors office, the hospitals and dependency on pharmaceuticals. So maybe you can have similar results. Best of luck to everyone.

I am writing this with the hope of helping someone decide on whether or not to try this product. I am very descriptive, because I want you to knowthe severity of my problem so you can see more clearly how this product, after only 1 month, has set my life free. When reading all of the reviews, I couldn't find any that were descriptive enough to know if this was for someone like me or not. I have suffered for 19 years withexternal hemorrhoids (after having my second daughter). I had surgery about 6 years ago, something that was new and would tie them up inside so they wouldn't keep falling out. Not comfortable, and after the first week I knew it didn't work. I have been skeptical of medical procedures ever since, and have stayed away from doctors, trying to fix things on my own. Here has been my life...Every time I used the bathroom I would bleed and need to us sanitary wipes to push the hemorrhoids them back in place. Even if I urinated they needed to be put back. Any pressure was too much. I also had them venture out just due to gravity, which made life really tough to go anywhere if there was not a bathroom so I could push them back...they would hurt so bad if they could not get pushed back in. Pushing them in was something I had to do several times a day...they sometimes bled then too. I have been home home schooling my children all these years. Last fall, 2014, I got my first job in decades. It was just a temporary job, but required me to be on my feet in work boots for hours. It was fun, but my hemorrhoids made it almost impossible. If I was not on night shift, able to use the bathroom whenever I needed to push them back, It would not have been possible to be effective on my job. After that I decided it was time to act. I made an appointment to see a surgeon. 3 days before I was supposed to go I starting looking on line for any treatments that might have come up in the past 6 years. I saw HemClear. I thought oh if only there was a magic bullet for this. Then I read some reviews. These folks seemed real, but not too descriptive. I was desperate and needed to know if there was someone out there like me. Out of sheer hope...I ordered this product. After the first week, it seemed like my world was flipped upside down. The bleeding stopped, and so did the need to push them back due to gravity. I only needed to push them back after number 2. Then my hormones started kicking in and I had my period for the second week of use. It was always worse then anyways. Things were more painful during that time, but still no bleeding. I was a bit discouraged as I needed to push them in again just a couple times a day due to gravity. I am now on my 4 bottle and I have my next set of 4 already here. I am almost symptom free! They have shrunk back wonderfully. I can see soon that they will be all but gone. I only push back a little bit after going number 2. Amazing! I can not believe the results. I would like to tell the world to give this a try, and not quit till you have gotten at least through the first 4 bottles. Use as recommended. Yes, it is expensive...perhaps someday the price will go down, but I have my life back! We have already started to do a lot of hiking, and I am so excited to go and do most anything knowing I do not have to worry about needing a bathroom at an inopportune time. Worked well.Pleased with the product.

In April, 2013, I had a four hour plane trip to visit my sister. Two days after arrival, I began experiencing rectal discomfort. Fortunately, we had Prep-H suppositories on hand and I began to use those. I went through her supply and had to purchase another large box. I used them as directed and had some minor relief (best during the night while sleeping). But the discomfort continued and the suppositories stimulated more B.M.'s and worsened the irritation. I began to research alternative treatments on the internet, since you are reading this, you know that there are many products, suggestions, and reviews. Hem Clear seemed to have the most positive statements and success stories and though rather pricey, I opted to buy two bottles. Between the ordering time and the arrival of the product, I continued use of the suppositories and had the frequent B.M.'s. There was two really bad days when the pain was so awful that I called my Proctologist and made an appointment for the day after I returned home. Surgery for me, is at the bottom of the list, but my pain was no worse than going through the recovery of the surgery (I've had it three times).Fortunately, when I arrived home, the Hem Clear had arrived and I began taking the dosage recommended (continued with the suppositories as well). The relief began within two days, not dramatic, but gradual. I knew something was different.I continued with both items and midway through the second bottle of Hem Clear, I discontinued the use of the suppositories.My condition continued to improve. I finished the second bottle but still had occasional rectal pressure. I ordered four more bottles of the Hem Clear and continue the dosage even now.Even though I am a Registered Nurse and on my feet many hours of the day, I am now pain and pressure free. I don't want to be without this product. If it works for you, the pain relief is worth the price. As I can attest, corrective surgery is not a permanent "cure", and quite painful.
