I was excited to get this product to help with my diamond paintings. Unfortunately it came without said power cable. Contacted seller and eventually got an $8 refund. Purchased my own power cable and it worked fine for about a week. It was great for a day or two; very bright. Then it started to flicker when set to the brightest, which was annoying and I had to lower the brightness. Now, it has officially stopped lighting up at all. Not exactly what I expected for the price paid.

My artistic 13 year old wanted this for Christmas. She has used it every day ever since and LOVES this thing. She said you can trace using regular paper - so you don't actually have to get special tracing paper to use this.We homeschool and practice tracing maps for geography. This is AMAZING for that sort of thing.We got the thin model - so I gave it 5 stars for thickness... although that question is ambiguous!It's not something I'd trust a rough kid with. You need to be careful with it and take care of it. It's well made but clearly breakable by nature. Under supervision, any age kid could use this though.

Using to make pattern for a quilt from pictures of animal faces. I have also used to make a charcoal picture from an old picture of a childhood home to give as a gift. It takes a while to get use to using it, but once you got the hang of it you can enjoy it for drawing, because I was not given the gift of drawing.

I’ve had this product for about a year now, as soon as it arrived the cable and insert became wiggly (for lack of a better term) and VERY touch sensitive. Any minor touch/movement would turn the device off. I had to start taping the cable into place because it had gotten so bad. Considering the product’s price was fairly low, I was more forgiving. I’d recommend buying a quality light board, save your time and money.

My light pad started turning itself off today. I haven't even had this pad for a month.

Wife uses it to "weed" her vinyl from her plotter machine. Daughter uses it to draw with. Both enjoy the dimming feature. Also appreciated is that it does operated via a usb connection. Daughter uses it mobile with a battery bank sometimes.

I really enjoy that this product has 2 light input places, where as others only have one light source. I had a smaller size pad that only had one source but at the oppiste side of where the light came from was dark and useless to me. I read alot of the other light pads and this one was the only one I found that had two light sources and that sold me. I all so needed a bigger pad for my work. The pad has a nice plug in not wiggle. Seems very well made and I'm very happy with this.

I used this product with my diamond paintings. At first, I LOVED, but it only lasted for about 1 yr, (not even) and at first the light just faded out but, then it just died entirely!!! Turned out to be WAY TO EXPENSIVE, to have lasted not even a full year!!!!!!!PASS THIS ONE BY IF YOU'RE LOOKING AT THIS ONE!!!!!!
