Mirica seems to help with settling down pain and inflammation with my Fibromyalgia. I have periodic nephropathy especially in fingers and feet. It has lessened. Yeah!!! And, I love that it has no additives.

If you take two daily ,pain like sciatica donsent spike , I skipped a day and it was back, so I'm back in my routine and it really dose stop pain that physical therapy and hot baths couldn't!

I have arthritis is both knees and a hip, so it’s pretty much a daily struggle. I started taking Mirica about 2 months ago and it has really made a difference. For me, I don’t believe it’s made a difference in the pain level but has changed how I deal with it. Now when I have bad days things just don’t seem so hopeless. I would recommend giving it a try!

I've been taking 2 caps in the am and pm for one month. I suffer from sciatica and joint pain. Absolutely No pain relief. I didn't expect miracles, but had hoped it would at least take the pain level down one notch. Nothing. Don't waste your money!

I was recommended this.product for pain relief for my RA. I did not experience pain relief but found it did wonders to improve my brain fog and overall motivation. I have missed it a couple days as I am running out and I can really tell the difference. Time to order again!!
