Everything was good except the distance is not shown in LCD,the instruction manual and nuts provided were different so took sometime to figure it out but everything was there no parts were missing,overall a nice and budget buy

Worth the money.installation was simple. problem I face is the mismatch in readings of distance and calories burnt.I tried various combinations but of no use.

I purchased this product for my mom as she is not able to go outside for walk now a days . The product is easy to use although I faced some issue with the running belt but as suggested my the customer service that issue will be resolved with little oiling.So you have to buy an additional oil which will cost around 500rs.Little unhappy for this part as we are buying such an expensive treadmill so company should provide the oil as complimentary.Also you have to pay extra for installation. Self installation is difficult as the installation video as well as the manual are not very clear. I tried installing myself but correct direction of all parts was not mentioned in the manual/video so the fitting was not tight. Finally I had to call the technician to install and pay him .Customer service is quick.Apart from that all good so far.

Overall its nice jst found it little hard to use we need to put all our power to run or to use stepper.

The treadmill is amazing and value for money but the problem I faced in was installation. First I tried to do self installation, It took me 4 days but the treadmill was not fully installed. It was very difficult process. So I decided to call healthgenie's helpline. Healthgenie charged Rs 800 it was not free. Their execution also said to buy lubricating oil from Amazon of rs 399.They solved the issue by sending their two executives and the treadmill was finally reinstalled.Otherwise treadmill is good, It provides 4 in 1 gym experience at home.It is accessible to persons weighing upto 120 kgIt has a meter, It provides pulse,calories, distance and time reading.*hope this review was helpful*

For the installation and the damaged product information, I communicated with the customer support team. They have promptly responded and replaced it. Nice support. My advice to would be to get communicate with the customer, who purchased the product, which could be helpful for the customer satisfaction.
