The 5 STARS UNITED Knee Pillow was purchased after a TKR operation to help with leg exercises and general comfort during recovery, and it helped. The memory foam gives good support without being too firm, which made it useful for positioning my leg correctly while doing exercises. It was also very helpful at night, as I could rest my operated leg on it when trying to sleep on my side, which took pressure off the knee and felt much more comfortable. The pillow holds its shape and feels well made, and it’s a simple but effective aid during recovery. Overall, I think, this was a worthwhile purchase and a helpful support cushion both for exercises and for sleeping.

This was a great item, worked well for my clients , really helped with back pain while laying flat , don’t get out off when it arrives, when you in pack it it’s flat , but soon goes to its proper shape in the warm

Been using this knee support while sitting in bed feeding my baby and while sleeping, it been helping a lot with the leg pain after postpartum. It’s firm but really comfortable for my legs.

Really luxury feel item for a reasonable price. Have had a few before and they tend to be a bit soft and go weak such my knees are almost touching. This has a much firmer feel to it and retains its shape well. The cover has a nice luxury feel and look. Very pleased with purchase.

I had a knee replacement 3 months ago. Sleeping has been difficult as I can't sleep on my back. It took weeks before I could even lie on my side using an ordinary pillow between my legs. Every time I moved I had to move the pillow. I was waking up every time I moved (quite often as my knee just wasn't comfortable) and struggled to get back to sleep again. I saw this knee pillow and decided to give it a try after reading the reviews and getting the balance between cheap and expensive. As it happens, the day this was delivered I started a rotten cold. I was expecting my sleep to be even more disturbed because of that. Well, goodness me! From the start, my knee felt comfortable lying on either side because it has the the right amount of support, and is as pain-free as it can be at the moment. I can lie on the operated side for long periods of time - and, because of that, sleep on that side, which is my preferred sleeping side. I'm aware of turning over (from knee pain) but I'm not properly awake because the pillow does not move nor shift position so I don't have to fiddle with it. Cold or no cold, I'm sleeping better than I have since my operation, managing hours at a time. That for me, at the moment, is a miracle. I wish I'd bought it sooner.

The cushion could have been firmer, but overall good quality.

I bought this for my adult disabled daughter, to put under her knees at night. She loves it. It help tremendously for her knee & back pain. It is the perfect size! Great height, weight & firm softness. Good quality.
