Good pill pack, good price, good quality.
Love Animal Nutrition, the quality is always there and the pill packs just make it easier than getting multiple suppliments. Also I ordered these to an FPO and they sat out in the desert for about a week, and are still fresh.

Solid Joint Supplement
I’ve been taking Animal Flex every day for about 7 months now and I have to say it works. I’m a power lifter and I was getting really bad shoulder pain after my heavy lift days. It got so bad that I had trouble sleeping on my side and had to take a month off. After taking this, and eventually adjusting my program to have fewer heavy bench days, my shoulders feel so much better. I still get pain from time to time but that happens when you bench 400lbs+. The difference is that it’s sore vs on fire and I recover in a day vs a week.Side note, I had some minor pain in my lower back and wrists from old injuries and that went away around 3 weeks in and hasn’t come back. This stuff isn’t a miracle cure for serious joint pain/issues, but it sure does help, and will knock out most minor irritation.

Good product
What had happened was I was playing around with my grand kids and notice My knees were feeling good. Thumbs up Animal with a pretty decent supplement.

Everything in One Packet
I have been lifting for over 30 years and have been using Animal Flex for the past 7 years. I have always feared that I would have cartalidge issues due to all of the time spent lifting heave (especially my knees). I recently had to have an MRI on my knee and was surprisingly told that the cartridge in my knee was in great shape. Having everyone you need to support your cartilage in one convenient serving is great bonus as well. when you look at the cost vs other joint supplements, it is in line with them as well.

Animal Flex +The old lady is coming back to life.
I am not a weight lifter (except for this extra person I am carrying around on my middle). I started the flex at the advice of my 6'4" weightlifting grandson. Of course, I read the reviews first. I don't know how I got to the excruciating pain level that I was experiencing this past February, but I could not sit, sleep, walk, or do anything much. I was popping Vicodin every three hours and still had pain. I finally went to the ER (the urgent care docs and my PCP were only giving me more pain meds and had done an xray). The ER doc ordered an MRI of my left hip (the worst pain). Even with an injection of Toradol and Vicodin, I was in so much pain, I could not lie still from shaking in pain. I squeezed the bulb for the tech to stop. She did not. Of course, there were so many artifacts that they diagnosed me with avascular necrosis. Thank the Lord for the Primecare doc who did the xray. It showed some arthritic changes and decreased joint space, but the head of the femur showed no degradation. I was scheduled for a guided steroid injection a month later. I could not bear the pain, so I search the Internet for another hip specialist. I had the injection within a week. The pain (after the initial honeymoon) decreased so that I would walk with a walker, then a cane. I had started the flex about a week or two before. I did not expect it to work overnight. I was able to cut the Vicodin down to every 6 hours, then 4. I was taking Ibuprofen 800mg with it, but only q/8h. My niece told me about Wobenzym N on Facebook. I did the research and read the reviews and ordered 200 of them. I am taking 3 q/12h (on an empty stomach) and the results have been astounding. After two weeks, I have moderate pain only when I lie on my right hip and put my full weight on it for too long at a time, but not all the time. I had been taking a potload of supplements, but then I saw the Animal Pak. I did the research and read the reviews. Began taking it about a week ago. I am patient. The research said it lacked only Boron. Sooo, did some more research and found that a handful of nuts and/or raisins would put that absolutely vital element in there. Now, I must admit that I'm taking only a half dose of the Flex and Pak, since I have a limited SS income. I will be 76 on the 27th of July and cannot call myself a weightlifter except every time I stand up. I am a little afraid of the Animal Cut since I have HTN. However, since I started the Wobenzym N, I have had to stop the Benicar and Aldactone. I do take my BP every day and was getting numbers like 75/50 and 89/50 and my Na level went down to 130. Of course, I'm keeping track of it. By the way, Ibuprofen, according to my research, can cause hypervolemic hyponatremia for some people. This was another reason I wanted to use something else for inflammation. Why do I go to the trouble of putting all this information down? If you do not take care of yourself, you are at the mercy of bad docs who don't give a hoot and/or don't know much or good docs who don't have the time to do the research. Look at the research on every pill or ointment you put on or in your body. Read the accompanying literature. Has the doc prescribed it properly? A PA gave me a potent anti-inflammatory ointment to use on my hip and shoulder. The only instructions were to apply it to my hip and shoulder. The patient info said to not use it with any oral anti-inflammatory, which I had already been prescribed and that it would not work for any of the large joints. It was only for fingers, elbows, knees, etc.I know this has been overlong, but I urge you to look at the healthcare situation and take care of yourself.
