Its okay, not like I expected or the videos.It straightens hair okay. But its not a mircle or steamy like the videos suggest.Its no better than your normal straightener.

Did not do what it was shown to do to my hair. What I got was a fake flat iron. What did not have real vents on the side and it did Straight my hair flat without applying hair oil to my hair. Wasted money on a fake iron.

I couldn’t wait to get this. It arrived in a bag that had what was cardboard package inside. I say “what was” cardboard packaging because the box had somehow gotten so wet that the box was destroyed. The straightener was loose in the bag. No instructions, no nothing. I thought the power button was on top of the handle, but it is a small button underneath it. If there had been instructions, I would have know that. I’m still puzzled as to how the box inside the plastic bag got so wet that it just disintegrated.

Lo único que no me gustó fue que tenía un rasponcito en la esquina ,no se si es por que era usada o que ,no ne informaron de que era usada.pero de hay todo lo demás bien gracia al vendedor lo volveré a comprar .

I give thus a 4 it works but not straight enough but great product you just have to make sure your hair is not dry but condition good and soft before using it.

This is or has got to be the worst straightener I have ever bought deff- does not work like they advertise

I like the fact that I can straighten my hair in 20 min. It’s super easy to easy and light weight

Wires show near the handle, false advertisement, normal straighteners work better than this, doesn't look or feel efficient, iron clamp part pinches hair, not a good straightener overall though.
