I read the reviews for this pump & decided to order it for the CH-60 press I ordered earlier. Even though there were some negative reviews regarding this unit I found it to be of very good quality and easy to operate. I will say one thing about the speed of punching a hole with this unit. It is a hand pump and you should not expect it to deliver super fast speed, it is not a motor driven power pack or high volume pump like you would have on a production line. I highly recommend this pump. You are getting a great bang for your buck with this little unit.

This item has not worked I finally had a need for it and had to use something else. It is in the trash bin.

I built a roller press using this as the compression element. For low pressure it works fine. As you increase the pressure and work that pressure to bend a long rolling arc in a piece of 1" square steel tubing with a wall thickness of 1/8th" at about 50% to 60% extension the isolation valve starts to fail and the cylinder retracts slightly. I was never able to attain even close to the max pressure.

this is an amazing tool. very well built and a lot for your money. we were in a tight spot in a boat. to remove frozen clevis pins in hydraulic cylinders. we needed at least 15 tons of force. this tool did it all. I like how it retracts with a twist of a knob. you need to read the instructions and mount it square. we are very happy with the packaging and quality. Paul the boat mechanic

I paired it with a NEWTRY 2 inch 10 ton cylinder jack to make a nice bench size hydraulic press. The hose and couplings that came with the pump and cylinder are high quality but were a little long for my needs. I added my own hose, connectors and gauge to complete the setup. The pump and cylinder were packaged well and spotless upon delivery - they were delivered in 2 days. For my needs, they worked great and I highly recommend the product.

Had to change out originals on the pump and rams as they are the opposite set up from my US Portapower accessories.
