Q: I can use in a kitchen range hood for exhaust & also i wanna know i need 35 ft long if i bought two of them i can use as female.

You should always use rigid ducting for kitchen range hoods.

Q: Is it easy to cut to length?

It is easy to cut. Like an extended "Slinky", the rib is easy to get to, and the material stretched over the slinky can be cut with a scissor. I used itto extend a air conditioner vent. I can invision many uses for this tube.

Q: Aren’t you not supposed to use PVC in grow tent due to toxic offgasing?

Pvc is safe to use. Don't set it on fire, then it will toxically off gas
