Doctor's Best Enhanced Bioavailability Turmeric-Curcumin Plus Fenugreek, 90 Count

I am already taking Turmeric and added this version as an add-on. I'm pleased with the results.

little back story is my mom passed away 2 years ago and since I have been struggling with depression. I had been doing some better but felt like I was in a constant brain fog, found it hard to concentrate. I had to force myself to do anything extra. I had stopped taking my prescription meds for depression because the side effects were awful. I wanted to try something natural. Now with that all said, I don't think I really expected it to work. The other day I realized it had been weeks now where I didn't feel like I was in the constant brain fog. I feel more alert than I have in two years. I have more energy and have starting picking up new project without having to force myself. I can say for sure this all started when I started taking this Turmeric supplement. I would highly recommend for someone wanting to treat their depression naturally.I was in no way suicidal, so I can't say for those at that deep point of depression. however for those who struggle to get out of bed and take a shower, struggle to go to family events because it requires too much energy and can't concentrate due to brain fog, please give this a try.

The concern I had in purchasing this product is two fold. Does it reduce pain and how cost effective is it?This product seems to help. It doesn't resolve my pain as I hoped it would.I have found a similar product at CostCo for considerably less money. It works equally well.I recommend the CostCo product to save money.

I am leading into my late 40's and starting to feel it. I've tried some different supplements (ginko b I'm looking at you!) and although I have had physical improvements feel like I haven't really gotten any mental benefit from them. Both my husband and I decided to give this a try. Tumeric is supposed to help brain function, heart health and stress. Fenugreek and CurQfen is supposed to make it easier to absorb (and use) by your body. I also like the boost of antioxidants that this gives.This supplement is non-gmo, gluten free, soy free and vegan. The capsules are easy to swallow and similar in size to the magnesium supplement I take. It has a pleasant smell but no taste or aftertaste and I experienced no stomach upset.I am not certain that I have gained any mental function, but I can say that I seem to be calmer and more relaxed in general, which has helped my sleeping . . . which should result in increased mental function eventually . . . so it's sort of a chicken and the egg type of thing. But I will take it. My husband does feel like he is quicker on his feet than he was, and has said he will continue to take the supplement.

These are made by Doctor's Best its Turmeric plus Fenugreek with curqfen - Its designed to keep your brain isn good shape. Being a terrible sleeper I am walls looking for ays to improve brain function. This 100% natural Product. Turmeric is a spice that comes from the turmeric plant. It is commonly used in Asian food. Turmeric is commonly used for conditions involving pain and inflammation, such as osteoarthritis. It is also used for hay fever, depression, high cholesterol, a type of liver disease, and itching. Some people use turmeric for heartburn, thinking and memory skills, inflammatory bowel disease, stress, and many other conditions. The other main ingredient here is Fenugreek is an amazing plant; it has many benefits such as lowering blood cholesterol levels, helping with diabetes and increasing milk production in nursing mothers. I have dietetics type two so this is helpful for me. curqfen is to help with absorption. There are conflicting scientific studies as to these claims. But I figure in small amounts, it can't hurt and very well may help. This is a good supplement and made very well.

I decided to try these since I heard turmeric is good for joint pain which I occasionally have. The bottle says it is good for “optimal brain function” and I could certainly use that! So, I am really just trying this in the hope that I derive benefits from it (this is the same logic I employ for making my kids eat their vegetables) and my rating is primarily on how easy it is to swallow and whether or not I saw negative consequences.The bottle contained “Veggie Caps” that are about the size of a fish oil capsule and are easy to swallow. The capsules themselves have a very slight, mild taste but you would never know it unless you held it in your mouth for a few seconds (like I did for this review).While I cannot say I have noticed any good/bad health differences after a week (i.e., no digestive problems nor a spike in IQ) I plan to continue taking them until the bottle runs out. Personally, I am hoping this gives my brain the tune up it needs since it doesn’t always seem to be firing on all cylinders. Now, if in the next month or two, you hear that “scientists have perfected the invisible airplane”, it was probably me.

I’m completely sold on taking Tumeric! My friend recommended it to me after I injured my back, and I kinda brushed it off because I didn’t believe it would work, but it totally does. I have so much less inflammation in my back and leg, which has caused the pain to subside quite a bit. I have a herniated disk, and my doctor believes will eventually need surgery, but taking Tumeric everyday has made my situation tolerable.These pills come in a capsule, so they are a bit easier to swallow than some pressed Tumeric pills I have seen. You do need to take 2 of them though for a serving.
