It’s great value for the money. The drink is a good size. It’s 12 ounces. The calorie count is very low only 10 cal. The sugar content is zero. I drink it from the can, but if you pour it into a glass, it has a light color. It’s great for workout focus or even as a midday pick me up. I highly recommend the drink in this flavor in particular.

Thought I was getting 12, 12 ounce cans and not ONE twelve ounce can for $25. I can get this stuff at my gym for $2.50 but I thought I would save some by buying on amazon. This was the most expensive CAN (NOT PLURAL) of energy drink I ever purchased. Completely misleading and very disappointing. Wishing I could give 0 stars and I’m glad I can get a refund.
