I"m 73. Every once in a while, I am able to sleep through the night without taking a sleeping pill. On rare occasions, I sleep through the night two nights in a row. But most of the time, I only get 4-5 hours sleep a night, usually because after I wake up during the night, I just lay there awake for another hour or two without ever being able to get back to sleep. I was actually looking for maraschino cherry juice to use for making cherry limeade and stumbled across real cherry juice and read about its health benefits. I bought a jar and thought it tasted awful and it didn't seem to help my sleep problem. I had also noticed this product in capsule form and read the reviews saying that it helps you sleep as well as helping with gout and arthritis, both of which I have. I have tried melatonin and Aleve PM (which helps with the pain as well as sleep), but neither of those helped me sleep reliably. I've taken sleeping pills, but I'm concerned about the side effects, so I ordered a bottle of these capsules without very high expectations. I slept straight through the first two nights just taking 1 pill before going to bed. I didn't get too excited because it could have been a coincidence, but now it's been more than a week and I've got a full nights sleep every night! Several times I woke up after 4-5 hours, but the difference is that I went right back to sleep, so essentially, I've slept through the night every single night. It remains to be seen if this will continue, but so far the effects have been amazing. I have stiffness in my fingers which I attribute to arthritis and that hasn't changed. I've had gout attacks in the past which I've controlled with the inexpensive prescription drug allopurinol, so I don't really need the anti-gout feature of cherries. But if the sound sleep continues, that is well worth the cost of these capsules, speaking of which - My brother takes all kinds of supplements recommended by his so who is a doctor, so I asked if he knew anything about cherries. He said he drinks cherry juice twice a day for the health benefits. The quart bottle that I got cost about $5 and only lasted a few days, which means it cost at least twice as much as these capsules (which don't have the bad taste like the juice). So I hope the good sleep lasts and I don't have to come back here and say "never mind".

Easy softgel capsules without crap in it. Nowadays it is not that easy to find one, always something. I also love the fact that the product is non-gmo and gluten free another. These show me that the company is serious and care about his customers! Love the product, it helps me with water retention and pain. Even my sleep improved which was not expected. I take that as a bonus. I will continue to take the product and definitively recommend it. Update on my review: Each time I order a product from that company there is a "get a free bottle on us". The only thing with that is that it works 50% of the time if you are lucky. The website you have to go to, has always an error (error 103) and it doesn't let you claim your free bottle. You are the only seller with that problem. And you are not fixing it!! Why? Because of that I lower my rating. Went from 5 stars to 4 stars. Here is the details: 5 for the product and 3 for the deceptive promotion.

I waited a month and a half to review this product while I was dealing with gout flare ups and it has helped from what I can tell. I haven’t had a flare up in awhile so it seems to be helping with my issues with my big and 2nd toes on my right foot. I take 1 per day. I’d say give it a try and see how it works for you in conjunction with avoiding certain foods and drinks that cause your flare ups. It’s a capsule so no taste, easy to swallow, doesn’t smell from what I can tell.

So i have been taking these for about 5 years now have been through a ton of bottles. Quick note, sometimes the pills are stuck together in the summer, but seriuously i just shake the bottle or hit it a couple times on the counter and they break apart inside. I actually tap the counter with the bottle every time i take them to knock them loose, no need to saw the bottle open. It's worked everytime for me. These are quality made with minimal quality ingredients as with all their supplements. I also take their vitamin D supp. I started taking it to combat gout after my first attack. I combined this with chanca piedra daily. I went about 4 or 5 years with no gout attack. I did get anothwr attack last year that lasted like a month, but i think it was due to work travel and stress overpowered it. I now take an RX for gout because if you know you know its not something you want to experience more than once. Butni still take these cherry pills daily to also help uric acid and joint inflammation. If using for gout i would try these with the chanca piedra and or celery pills. I think you can get pretty good protection from them. I had to add rx into mine because i just cant be lamed up for that long with my work i have to be on my feet and able to be functional.

I decided to try tart cherry after researching it as much as I could, and finding a lot of encouraging information. I chose this brand because I take other supplements of theirs and they do seem to be of very high quality, plus I like the gel caps and find them easiest to swallow. Some people have had problems with them sticking together but I find this a very minor issue and a slight shake of the bottle always separates a few pills easily. As for results, I was honestly surprised that taking just one of these per day reduced my muscle soreness and recovery time from exercise, by at least 50%. Again, pain and soreness was easily just half what it used to be and lasted half as long. Better results than I had even hoped for! I’ve also had zero negative side effects. I definitely plan to continue taking this product!

I'm giving this 3 stars because I take this on a daily basis and my supply was low. Product has not yet arrived and right now scheduled for delivery - 2 full weeks after my order. Otherwise, this is an excellent supplement. My chiropractor suggested I use it for joint inflammation and has been working well.

I take tart cherry daily, I know it’s beneficial to reduce stress. My job is stressful on the body physically. It’s good for cellular processes and also helpful post exercise and a source of promoting natural melatonin for healthy sleep. My mom always had me take it when I was a teenager. I am now 35 and thought it would be good to start taking it again. I take a lot of SR’s vitamins and I really like how they are non-gmo, most are vegan, and I’ve not had any issues with any of their products. I’m the type of person where I’ll read the reviews and hold the item in my cart until I decide I need the item. With SR after all the research I’ve done, I like that their product have minimal additional ingredients as I have many dietary restrictions, and I like that they add coconut oil to many of their supplements so you don’t need to add fat to every meal to take them. I also really like their products fit within my budget. Many of the ones I have gotten recently have a 60 Or 120 day and even up to a 6 to 8 month supply - that is a nice bonus. I use those pill organizers, I separate up to 14-30 days in advance so I can easily grab what I need at the time I need to take my vitamins. Some people have posted negative reviews about some of their other products but I haven’t experienced any of those issues. Plus if you use their product for 15 days, they will give you an option In your box for a sample of one of their products. It’s pretty cool. I was able to try their biotin and my hair and nails are healthier. I do also think that when my husband says I have smooth skin, I’m confident that the vitamins I take have assisted in the smoother skin.
