Gallery Solutions16x20 Black Flat Large Wall Frame

This is a good-looking wood frame, decently finished. However, it is something you'd find in Michael's for half the price. There is no plexiglas front, just a flimsy plastic shield which ripples and looks cheap. It bothered me to pay $49 for the frame and then have to go to the hardware store and pay $15 for a piece of plexiglas, but I needed a quick frame for a show. The end result looks good, but is way overpriced. Would I buy again? Only if desperate.

Took me three tries to get this shipped without damage (third one still had a hairline crack in the frame), but the packaging for this is terrible, the corners are damaged every time. I didn't read carefully enough and the cover for the artwork is plexiglass. I was aware the frame itself was plastic, but not the protective cover. I don't know how they can charge almost $70 for this...deciding if i'll try to make this third one work or just return (again).

It was originally going to take several week to receive this frame, but Amazon was able to get it shipped quicker which was a nice surprise. The frame itself is as described, mine had a minor defect at one corner and on the interior edge of the frame, but it's too difficult to return so I will touch it up with some white paint. (It is white despite the yellow tone of my pictures.) I was disappointed that the frame has plexiglass/thin clear plastic at the front instead of glass. I guess I should have figured this out given the price and weight, but for future purchasers just be advised that this frame does not have glass.

I personally think the plexiglass looks great and you can’t really tell the difference. The only slight difference I’d say is that there is a little bit more reflection when light directly hits it. I’m actually impressed with the presentation for the price. There were two scuff marks, but not too noticeable.

These are great frames. But they only come with a flimsy plastic sheet to protect the poster. The plastic sheet gives off a huge reflection so don’t expect to see your picture of there is to much sunlight. For the price I was expecting something of higher quality. I ended up not using the plastic sheet because the glare off the was so bad.

The frame is so fragile. The clear cover is not made of glass. The paint job looked good.Bottom line the frame made of very cheap materials.

not a “you pay for what you get. “ it exceeded my expectations. Item was shipped out immediately and arrived quickly with no damages. I was a little worried since there were only 5 reviews. BUT am satisfied with this purchase and will buy again.
