Bought for a birthday balloon wreath turned out sooo cute if I don't say so myself. My kiddo was so surprised. Bought the Styrofoam wreath forms, pins, string lights and used a birthday card for the center all off of Amazon. Added some random bow curls to top it off. Family said I should make more and sell it in an Etsy store lol
