I'm thrilled (so far). :)
Update after two years of use: STILL RUNNING GREAT!!!! I have since added the FebSmart 2X 10Gbps Max Speed USB-C Ports PCIE USB 3.1 GEN 2 Expansion Card (Less than $35) to give me 2 USB-C ports and the graphics card I added was the VisionTek Products Radeon 6350 SFF 1GB DDR3 3M DMS59 with 2X DVI-I to VGA Adapter Graphics Cards 900456 (less than $75). I added some extra RAM that gives me a total of 24 gb. (2x 8 gb and 2x 4 gb) Between the support of 3 monitors from the motherboard and 3 more from the graphics card, I can run up to 6 monitors (but only run 3). I also purchased a better WiFi dongle that supports 5Ghz Wifi which then allows me to connect remotely with various TVs throughout the house. Lastly, I am in the process of adding a second 1 TB SSD (internal) as there is room for it and the motherboard supports a total of 3 SATA connections. The super cheap SSD was less than $35) and I ordered the Cable Matters SATA III Data Cable and SATA Power Cable Kit with Straight and 90 Degree SATA III Cables, Power Splitter Adapter, and Molex Adapter in Black for $8. (This kit is amazing in that you get 2 sets of SATA and power cables for less than the price of buying a single SATA and power cable.)ORIGINAL REVIEW (2 years ago):Admit it, whenever you buy something 'renewed' you always wonder if you got a great deal or the occasional 'dud'. I'm happy to say that I got a great deal (of course time will tell), and to be honest, the one I received looked brand new (inside and out). Setting up Windows was simple, the (included) WiFi dongle worked fine and I added one for Bluetooth as well. I also added a graphics card designed to fit the case (because I run 3 27" monitors - stacked one on top of the other) and with the graphics card, it looks like I could actually run 2 more monitors if needed). (I was able to use both the video ports from the motherboard & graphics card at the same time.)I am very happy with the performance, although I confess that I normally use this computer to remote into my work computer, so I don't expect to to have any issues. One (tiny) complaint I want to mention (which has no bearing on the fact that this is a 'renewed' computer is that there is a 'headphone' jack on the front and a 'line out' jack on the back, but there doesn't seem to be a way to use both at the same time (Headphone jack should allow you to change the volume and Line Out should remain constant), however, both front and rear act like Headphone jacks and the sound will only be played out of only one jack at a time. Other than that, I'm super happy with my purchase and I'll try to update my post as time goes by.

It’s Alright
I planned to use this computer for gaming, web surfing, and watching movies/shows. It was fast and had good picture. But, I couldn’t game on it because it only has 126MB of dedicated graphics memory. Also, I had to manually update 15 outdated drivers. After I bought and installed a cheap graphics card and updated the drivers with the free version of Driver Easy, it runs perfectly, and I’m able to play graphics intensive games, ie. Modded Skyrim and Fallout 4, on the medium quality setting.

A lot of good support
The computer performs really well, is not loaded with bloatware and is lightning fast for my general office applications. I am not a gamer. Great machine...but the service is even better!!The computer arrived with no DVD player--I brought this to the mfr's attention and they sent a DVD player promptly. I am not skilled with computers and called the mfr for help installing the DVD player. The mfr spent about an hour helping me figure out how to plug it in (the necessary leads were not visible-- buried under the hard drive).Recently I have been having error messages on my searches of travel and apartment sites: "Not authorized to access the site on this server." I thought it might be a problem with the computer, I called the mfr who spent another hour with me before discovering that it was Norton Antivirus' VPN that was causing the rejection. The mfr had no obligation to help me with this software problem--He is just a good guy and likes to help. He also knows his stuff!!I highly recommend this vendor! Refurb Technologies, Canada.
