Our granddaughter wanted a heart necklace with our pictures in it. On one side there is a picture of us and on the other side a picture of her mom and dad at their wedding! Their picture was perfectly cut, ours was a little smaller, but she is perfectly happy, so we are too! I don't think our son took the time to see if the second set of pics sent were better! ;o)

I loved this locket. The quality is great. Good value for your money. Bought this as a gift for my mom and she loves it. Makes a great gift as a memorial item. I had my granny (her mother who we lost in Oct) and father, and me and my son’s pictures in it. I would definitely recommend this. I had previously purchased myself a locket and while I like it I wish I’d had found this one before hand.

This locket is really pretty! A brief engraving (if you chose to) on backside makes it really special. The feature of adding uploaded photos is great--the quality of photos are perfect. However, there should be a protective cover over photo. And I ordered a different chain to make it nicer.A great buy! So pleased!

Arrived quickly even coming from overseas nice engraving, VERY thin, and the chain is just cheap looking. Appreciate the picture's and extra pictures that were added....that was the best part

Absolutely perfect I only write reviews for things I really liked and I got this for my mom as a gift since my grandmother passed away and it’s perfect the pictures looked perfect in the heart they put them in for you and give you extras on the side which is nice and shipping was faster then they said which is cool especially with covid

Product looks nice;however it broke the same day. Contacted seller the same day. They tried to tell me how to fix it with pilers. Pilers will not fix the issue. The chain would have to be broken then replaced with a smaller chain and even at that the necklace would not lay flat. I would suggest others not to purchase. It is difficult to return to this seller.

Was a great gift for my mother to have a little piece of her mother with her at all times… I had added pictures of my mamaw added inside of it, and they had fallen out within a couple of days and the chain broke.. I’m very disappointed considering a gift like this is devastating when it breaks.. was my silly mistake. The design was gorgeous though and they did good with the pictures.. it just isn’t very sturdy.. it’s been upsetting seeing my mom so heart broke over it, this was the only thing she really had left to remember her mommy. Anyway..! It is an adorable gift just be careful with the chains! Maybe not wear them? The boxes they come in are super cute as well.

The package can with 6 pictures, 2 already inside the necklace. Necklace was tucked in tight and it made me so happy to turn in around and see what I had wrote on the back. It's one thing to hope for the best but it's another to have the best come to your door
