Zen Float Tent - North American Model

I’m sure I’d love the product but horrible customer service. Takes over a week to respond to a email. Phone number doesn’t work. And when I paid my invoice it took a month to get my tent and it was missing the tub vinyl, wall plug and strips. If you buy expect to wait months to float

The Zen Float Co products are amazing. BUT . . . I and other current owners of their products are unable to reach to company via email or phone. Items that have been paid for are not being sent out to users. I love my tent, but am afraid that their lack of support will mean that I will not be able to use it much longer. If Zen Flot Co sees this, please check your emails, voice mails and facebook page. I am not alone in trying to receive service.

I am disappointed. I really wanted one at home.
