Excellent customer service!
The first breaker I ordered was defective, I called Siemens and spoke to a technician who verified the defect and told me to return it. I returned it to UPS in the afternoon and received a replacement the next morning. EXCELLENT customer service from Siemens and Amazon!

EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED
I matched the 30 Amp Outside Two Double Pole 20 Amp Inside to my existing breaker. It arrived next day and was the exact same UPC code and model as my present one. Installed within 5 minutes or so. Power restored and no more flickering off/on or bulbs dimming and returning to normal.

Great space saver
These help double the number of circuits that the panel can hold. A great improvement over what was available when I first got the Siemens load center.

Siemens but be carful what panel you have
I have been an electrician in BC Canada for 30 years. These are Siemens breakers, however I am assuming in the USA they have some different rules regarding breakers combinations that can be installed in panels. These Quads and Tandems, are coming with rejection clips. This is indicated in the part or model number wit a CT on the end of the number. indicates CTL (circuit total limitation). They will not fit the majority of Siemens panels installed in Canada, there are different models of panels that the tabs the breakers are installed on have notches in the middle allowing the rejection clip to slide down into. These clips are not removable and may crack the breaker if attempted. You can see in some of he Siemens panels some have these notches in the buss. 100% of the ones I have installed form Canadian Wholesalers do not have these. The pictures show the ones from Amazon and the ones from Canadian Wholesalers and most Hardware Stores I suspect.

This is not a QT model, but it is advertised as one. Will not fit a Panel that can take QT Breaker.
The Web site says that this item is for use in Siemens panels that accept type QT circuit breakers. While my panel accept type QT breakers, as clearly stated in the picture attached taken from my panel, this item does not fit. As I am finding out now having done more research to understand why, as reported by other reviewer, this item will not fit the majority of Siemens panels installed in Canada, even those that accept QT breakers like mine. The issue is that the notches at the back of this item if half the size, and thus will not fit completely in the panel – simply put, it is impossible to enter fully in the panel. I have attached a picture to show the difference, and it is significant – the bottom breaker is the one sold on Amazon, while the breaker in the top is the one I wanted to replace in my panel. It is really puzzling why a breaker made by Siemens will not fit in a Siemen Panel that can accommodate QT breaker. This advertised QT Siemens breaker on Amazon cannot be a QT model as it does not fit at all in a Siemens Panel that can fit QT model. As of 29 Sept 2021, I found additional information - The "CT" breaker will only fit in panels that have a bus bar with two narrow contact legs; not in panels that have a single wide contact for opposing (left/right side) breakers. Those with the single wide contact need the "CTNC" type.

Does not fit in old Siemans panels
Works great in the new panels with buss bar cut outs, but will not seat in the old style.

Will not fit canadian panel
The CT is for Circuit Total limitation, also called a rejection tab. Measure top of breaker slot, mine is 18 mm, these are 10 mm. That is why they won’t push in correctly. They are QT breakers but the CT in the part number makes them incompatible. When I buy the same breakers at Home Depot canada they fit. These don’t.
