It’s helpful and breathable. I’m 33 weeks pregnant, 5’2 & 157 pounds. I wish I would of bought it sooner. At first it’s uncomfortable but it’s just getting use to. I wear it under & on top of my clothes. Whatever is comfortable. It helps you walk & stand if you’re pelvic or back is hurting. Sometimes I put it in the freezer for 20-30 mins and it feels amazing when you put it on.

Happy about this purchase. Great for the needed support. The belly part of the wrap is soft, I was afraid it might be itchy but it was great. Very happy

Good for short periods at a time
Bought this for my wife because she’s on her feet a lot at work, she said it takes the pressure off her back for a little while but then she starts to feel the pressure shift to her hips.
