Really helpful
This is a great resistance band for leg, shoulder, waist and hand exercises. It is good in home and travel. I found it very convenient for working out shoulders and legs. Glad I Bought This
I think this is a great alternative to just the resistance bands. It's a good device to have to just do a few workouts while watching TV or just sitting on the couch. I love that you can work out multiple areas of your body with just this one product! It also comes with a helpful display of exercises you can do.I've suggested this product to people who are unable to go to the gym or workout because of a bad heart, as this really doesn't get your blood pressure up but you can definitely feel it working!
