Works great and easy to use

This is my 3rd bottle of this brand of Turmeric. I love Soloray's products. They are great quality and their capsules are easy to swallow. This turmeric works well, notice pain relief right away. Easy to swallow small capsules. Do recommend to others.

I was having breakthrough attacks of ulcerative colitis despite being on TNF inhibitors that nothing seemed to quel when I read an article about the beneficial effects of the curumin in turmeric. I took 2 pills a day and my attack abated within days. I've since shared this with an associate that was also having breakthrough activity while on azathioprine and his attack was also diminished. I've also shared my experience with a colleague of mine who's a GI physician. He's tried it on 3 ulcerative colitis patients that were pretty severe. All 3 were helped fairly quickly by the treatment. Be careful if you use turmeric to not get the kind that is mixed with piperazine. Piperazine is an irritant that is used to increase absorption. Ulcerative colitis patients don't need either the extra irritation or the absorption, which would limit targeting of the herb to the colon.

When I first ordered this product, I was really excited about how well I thought this product would work. However, after several weeks of taking one capsule per day, I didn't really notice a huge difference. Some of my acne had cleared up a little bit, but not to the extent that I expected to see. I continued to get new breakouts, so I wasn't extremely impressed. Although, any improvement is a good thing, and mine is pretty bad. Perhaps it will work better for other people. My other main issue with this product is the way that the capsules are packaged. They're just little clear capsules around Tumeric powder, and they don't appear to be very secure. My entire bottle has a thin layer of powder on the inside, so it looks like some has been escaping.

I'm amazed. This was recommended in the home remedy book for The Peoples Pharmacy. I have had pain in my right leg mainly on the outside of my right knee and behind my knee and it will spread down my shin and sometimes all the way to the top of my foot. The pain/ache would make it impossible for me to get comfortable especially late in the day for about a year. I went to see my surgeon who "Scoped" my left knee to see what he thought. He tugged and twisted my leg and foot and said I had back problems not knee problems. He sent me for a cat-scan on my back and there was no problem that stuck out as the cause. He gave me 2 rounds of synthetic Prednisone (steroid) which after 10-11 days relieved my pain/discomfort). This wore off after 5-6 weeks and he said the next option was to go to a back doctor who could do a procedure where he would look at my back via an x-ray and inject the nerve that is causing my pain/discomfort and the next step would be back surgery but my doctor said he wouldn't recommend it unless I had a lot more pain. I have been taking arthritis strength generic Tylenol for the pain that can come when or after walking, sitting, or trying to sleep. I have been taking 3 of these capsules since I received them about 4 days ago. I noticed a difference the first day after the 3rd capsule. So if you have pain as I described it's worth a try to see if this will work for you too.

My wife has been having problems with lower back pain for several years. After hearing good things from a friend, We bought a 60 capsule bottle at a local health food store to give it a try. She was amazed at the relief it gave her after taking 1 300mg capsule in the morning & 1 in the afternoon after about two weeks. We can purchase twice the number of capsules from Amazon for just a couple of dollars more making it much more cost effective. This seems to be a quality product so far & we will continue to buy it as long as we get these positive results.

During the quarantine I was unable to get the cortisone shots I needed in my hip and shoulder. I was taking 6 Aleve per day to get by. I have found another, similar product at Costco that is a bit cheaper, but either work amazingly well. Highly, highly recommend. It must be the extract.
