PUMA Men's Axelion Breathe

It took some getting used to the shoe as it was said, not much toes support, but about two months in one of the shoes WARPED from the inside by itself. Underneath the pad a distention occurred, much like a bubble. So it feels like running on a golf ball directly on the heel. I tried hammering it down, and even throwing different pads in it. Nothing. It seems that the material or design of this should lends itself to warpage from moisture or elements.
