I LOVE this condiment which my daughter's Peruvian fiancée introduced us to. We eat it on eggs, potatoes, and plantain chips = YUM! It is a high caloric food, but worth it! Great with breakfast before hikes, and in the winter for extra calories for warmth!

Will do in a pinch
If you can't make Huancaina sauce at home, this will do in a pinch. But it's nothing like real homemade. It's a bit sweeter and sometimes reminds me a little of ballpark nacho cheese. It has a very mild kick, and I prefer it a bit spicier. I'll stick to making my own, even if it takes longer.
