Essential Aftercare for My Daughter’s Piercings
My daughter just got her ears pierced, and like any parent, I wanted to make sure we were taking the best possible care of them. This spray has been a crucial part of her aftercare routine. The fine mist is gentle enough that it doesn’t sting or irritate her fresh piercings, which made her much less nervous about cleaning them. What I really appreciate is how convenient and hygienic it is. It sprays at any angle, so even the tricky spots are easy to reach without having to fumble around or risk touching her ears. Compared to trying to mix up our own saline solution, this is absolutely no contest it’s cleaner, easier, and more reliable. Within just a few days of consistent use, we noticed her swelling go down and the healing process speed up. As a parent, it gives me peace of mind knowing her piercings are being cared for properly with minimal fuss. I’d highly recommend this product to any parent looking for a safe, effective way to keep their child’s new piercings clean and healthy.

Easy to use and great for healing piercings!
I bought this as an alternative to the after piercing care given at Claire’s. My daughter recently got her ears pierced for the first time. She took on the responsibility of cleaning her ears on her own and she did well! However, the bottle from Claire’s, while great product, was hard to have portion control for my daughter’s age. So she ran out before the 6 weeks was done. This spray has been excellent and she’s still able to do her cleaning on her own. With just two sprays, she’s done! Doesn’t sting the piercing or smell. The angle of the spray trigger is a little tricky on your own (again her age), but it works! I can also see this great for nose and belly piercings.

A Must-Have for New Piercings
I recently got a nostril piercing and was looking for a gentle yet effective aftercare solution. After reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to try the NeilMed NeilCleanse Piercing Aftercare Fine Mist, and I'm so glad I did. Ease of Use: The fine mist spray is incredibly easy to use. I simply hold the bottle a few inches away from my piercing and press the nozzle. The mist evenly covers the area without any harsh streams, making the cleaning process quick and comfortable. Gentle on the Skin: One of my main concerns was irritation, but this saline solution is gentle and soothing. It doesn't sting or cause any discomfort, even on freshly pierced skin. It's also free from additives, which is a huge plus for sensitive skin. Effective Cleaning: The saline solution effectively cleanses the piercing, helping to prevent infection and promote faster healing. I've noticed a significant reduction in redness and swelling since I started using it. Convenient and Travel-Friendly: The 6.3 oz bottle is the perfect size for daily use and easy to carry around. Whether I'm at home or on the go, I can keep up with my aftercare routine without any hassle. Affordable and Long-Lasting: Considering the quality and effectiveness, the price is very reasonable. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts quite a while, making it a cost-effective choice. Final Thoughts: If you're looking for a reliable and gentle aftercare product for your new piercing, I highly recommend the NeilMed NeilCleanse Piercing Aftercare Fine Mist. It's become an essential part of my piercing care routine, and I wouldn't trust anything else.

Should I buy?
ABSOLUTELY! This brand is not only amazing BUT is a spray can which is absolutely definitely essential AND works out better. It is super good with new piercing, caring for piercings, whether you just spray on the piercing, drown the piercing as you spray while it’s on you but be careful with drowning! You don’t want the piercing to choke. Doesn’t hurt at all, super fresh and nice feeling, it’s sticky at all, you just spray or drown it and leave it on then pat dry clean. Amazing product would recommend everyday! Love it as a piercer.

WORKS LIKE MAGIC
Really Amazing! Works like magic! The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because after day 4, The spray wouldn't spray anymore.. At first it was just blowing out air and then just stopped working.

best saline spray for piercings
perfect for cleaning piercings. doesn’t contain any of the harsh chemicals that irritate fresh (or old) piercings. perfect spray; doesn’t come out in a harsh stream the way other saline sprays i’ve used have (to be fair, the other one i’ve tried was labeled as a saline wound wash, so that was to be expected). it turned out that my piercings were getting irritated due to bleach (?!?) and other nonsense in other saline sprays marketed for piercing cleaning that i had been using. now that i’ve switched to this, i’ve quite literally had 0 problems. no jinx, but i haven’t even had issues with piercings that i expected would be problematic to heal (like bridge and belly)! piercings that i’ve often have problems with (mouth/lip areas) have also been much easier to handle.

I don’t know how I ever took care of piercings before this spray! Seriously, if you’ve ever struggled with irritation, bumps, or just the hassle of aftercare, NeilMed NeilCleanse makes the whole process so much easier. Here’s why I love it: - Super easy to use – Just spray it directly on the piercing, no need to touch or rub. - Fine mist – Covers the area evenly without dripping everywhere. - No stinging or irritation – It’s just sterile saline, so it feels gentle and soothing. - Great for on-the-go – Perfect for quick cleanups when you don’t have time for a full soak. - Helps with healing – My piercings have been way less irritated compared to when I used homemade sea salt soaks. 💡 How I use it: 1) Spray directly on the piercing and let it soak for a minute. 2) Gently pat dry with a clean paper towel (no towels or cotton swabs). 3) Repeat 2-3 times a day, especially after showering or sweating. The only little quirk is that you have to hold the can upright—it won’t spray upside down—but honestly, that’s such a minor thing compared to how well it works. If you’re getting a new piercing (or dealing with an old one that’s acting up), get this spray. It’s made the whole healing process so much easier.
