Cobbler in a jffy
I have made this cobbler several times, usually with canned fruit but once with fresh. It is so easy and delicious. My family likes it warm with ice cream or cold with ice cream - seeing a trend here? I can't get this mix locally anymore even when I offer to purchase a box so I ordered it here. The prices was less than buying 12 packets at the store and shipping for me was free! If you want a dessert that is good, easy and not really big (8x8 pan), try it.

I love the ease and flavor of this product. I use it for peach cobblers. It's delicious! It costs more online than what I'd paid at local stores but the local stores aren't stocking it and I don't know why.

Easy to make in a pinch
Flavor is great. My family and friends ask for this and you can make it at the start of meal and it is done by the end. My favorite is with canned pear quarters and the addition of fresh grated nutmeg on top.

Handy Time Saver
With a touch of cinnamon, this is a very well-rounded mix that works with a lot of fruits. It is a sweet mix, and the edges "carmelize" nicely during cooking. I have only used it with fresh fruit so far since they are in season, but can vouch that berries, peaches and nectarines all do well. You just add melted butter and some milk in addition to the fruit to a 8 inch x 8 inch container. Goes great with ice cream, and the price by the dozen was very fair.

Best Cobbler Mix on the Market!
BEST and easiest to prepare Cobbler Mix on the Market!! Flavor is uniquely pleasing. Helps you throw together a dessert in 30 min! Constantly receiving compliments on the Flavor! I buy it by the case-full to have in the Summers when our Fruit Trees are bearing!

Couldn't be easier!
I love the ease of making a semi-homemade dessert! My only gripe is that this cobbler mix is quite sweet. So, the more tart the fruit is that you use, the better. For instance, raspberries would be excellent. I never add any liquid to fresh fruit. Doesn't seem to need it. Also, I like to use salted butter, instead of sweet butter, to have that slightly sweet/salt combination.

BEST COBBLER MIX I've ever tried.
This fruit mix makes AWESOME Cobblers! My sister recommended this product to me and once we tried it, we loved it. The grocery stores around here always sold this but since last year I looked all over but couldn't find it. I love Amazon because I can usually find the harder to locate items we like. Thanks for making a great product Louisiana Fish Fry and thanks for selling it Amazon!
