Only sat in it yesterday as I have been on holiday but it seems to be comfortable and I am pleased with it,

I bought this for my mum who has severe mobility issues and cannot standup. This is the first time in months she has been able to get out of the chair unaided with ease and in no pain, has been nothing short of incredible! The chair is of beautiful craftsmanship, sturdy, unbelievably comfortable and well worth the money to see my mum mobile again, literally crying with joy. Also a huge thank you to the delivery man who was extremely professional, helpful, polite, friendly and courteous, he is an ambassador for your company. I hope this feedback gets back to him. Also, the aftersales service was also outstanding. They call you ahead of delivery and explain everything to you, what happens on day of delivery and email you with your day of delivery and 3 hour window. The driver will then call you 30 mins before delivery to let you know they are on their way. They also bring into the house for you so you don’t have to struggle yourself. I saved up to buy this chair which is advertised at £499.99. Having paid and seen it debited to my account the same day. I then received a phone call from the sellers informing me I had to pay £100 extra unless I was able to claim VAT exemption. I paid this direct to them having been Informed I could not pay it through Amazon. I believe Amamzon should make it shown as ex VAT in its main price rather than having to find it (it miss it as I did) lower on the page. Upon delivery it appeared the chair had been returned by a previous customer? Box heavily sellotaped. The retaining cables for transit were not there, the envelope containing the guarantee and VAT exemption claim was torn open. The back had not been sewn in properly and the electric cable had been completely flattened in one place. The chair was working, the mis sewed piece was at the rear so not visible. I contacted the company they informed that as the chair was working they would not do anything about the cable but advised me to keep all emails so in the event of failure they would send out a technician. Not really satisfactory, but in fairness staff were easy to talk to.I could have sent it back and awaited a new one or replacement but the pleasure of being able to stand easily from the chair I felt outweighed any delay.I am in my eighties so probably will not need another chair. But in all honesty, for the price I expected a brand new, perfect and undamaged chair. Would I buy from them again? Probably not

Does what it says on the box! Due to back and leg issues decided to purchase this recliner chair. Ordered Tuesday, arrived Thursday and ready to go in 15 minutes. If you select kerbside delivery be aware you will need assistance to get the chair inside your home and assembled. Delivery driver placed the box inside front gate while I phoned family to assist. If you don’t have this back-up you should chose the home set up option. Very pleased with the well priced/made product.
