I recently purchased the Redondo 26.5-inch x 16-inch White Phenolic Portable Tub Seat, and it has been a perfect solution for our bathroom needs. Our bathroom layout is linear, which made it impossible to install a traditional shower chair due to the placement of the legs. They would have been right in front of the toilet, obstructing access and creating a cumbersome setup. However, this portable tub seat worked flawlessly for us.The first thing I noticed about this tub seat is its high-quality construction. The white phenolic material is not only durable but also easy to clean, maintaining a fresh appearance even with regular use. The seat feels solid and supportive, providing a safe place to sit while showering.The adjustable legs and dual clamps are standout features. The legs can be tailored to fit our specific tub height, ensuring a stable and secure seating arrangement. The dual clamps hold the seat firmly in place, preventing any unwanted movement or slipping. This stability is crucial for my wife, who has multiple sclerosis (MS) and requires reliable support while bathing.Unlike traditional shower chairs that take up a lot of space and can be difficult to maneuver, this seat can be easily moved and adjusted as needed. It fits perfectly in our tub without obstructing access to other bathroom fixtures. This flexibility has made a significant difference in our daily routine, allowing for a safer and more comfortable bathing experience.

I bought this discounted as a pre opened package. It was about half list price and for that I think it was reasonably priced. It’s good quality and sturdy but has some design flaws. The legs that sit inside the tub don’t retract enough for our tub so it only just fits with no give to make it fractionally lower to allow for water to drain into the tub. Speaking of drainage there aren’t enough drainage holes to keep water from collecting on the bench. Definitely need a perpendicular slots on both ends of bench to drain water so it doesn’t pour onto floor. We use a shower curtain on our tub so I managed to make this work but I don’t know how it would fit in tub with shower doors.
